Tomorrow is a big day as the court hearing will probably reveal the real reasons why EMO was held and would clarify if it will be able to resume or not any time soon.

You folks are missing the most recent court doc on EMO's site right here:

There was nothing to do on April 6th as EMO AGREED to the restraining order and agreed to turn everything over to the authorities on March 30th. This was after the April 6th date was scheduled to hear arguments about the TRO. Since EMO agreed to the TRO, no court on April 6th. The trial for all the civil charges against the EMO owners is set for September.
