Dear Valued StormPay customer,

Effective immediately StormPay Inc. will no longer accept payments for sales made outside of StormPay Auctions. If you are an online seller who wishes to sell your product or service through the StormPay system, your item must be sold using the StormPay Auctions feature. Listing in the StormPay Auctions is FREE of charge unless utilizing our inexpensive upgraded listing options.

Q: Why has StormPay implemented this new policy?

A: StormPay has rendered certain policy changes to insure a safer online experience for both buyers and sellers. This policy change allows StormPay to more closely monitor the products/services sold, insuring that sold items are within StormPay’s acceptable use policies.

Under these new policy guidelines, customers may no longer log into a StormPay account for the purpose of sending money to another online user, or “offsite” website sale. All “spends” and “receives” are and only can be for the specific purchase of a user’s auction listing and successful purchase of.

Subscriptions (recurring billing) is no longer supported by the StormPay system. All current subscriptions have been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

We appreciate your business. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

StormPay Inc.

This means we are unable to use StormPay as a method of payment online. It is now officially a auction based website.

You can only fund StormPay accounts via online checks or money orders now. You cannot use a Credit/Debit Card!

Well, I just don't get it. They could have become the greatest and the most popular payment processor in the world and now they are only a simple auction site - and they dropped so low in only a few months.

What a way to go?

NETIBA would have got them $2 million a year from only 100,000 members and there were a lot more than that . I think they spent a lot of $$$ that didnt belong to them and got cought with their pants down when 12DP asked for a large withdrawal.

That may be true. Stormpay had too much money to do nothing with it. They just wanted to use some of it. Not very clever.

that is why some people believe stormpay were partner to the 12dpro scam.
they let her withdraw few millions, share with her, and will come again next year with
another name and do the next 12dp style scam with another front wo/man.

another option: they are idiots.

wish you all the best for the Easter weekend.

Now that I look back on this..

They are just buying time before they have to run completely and take the money dry.gif.
Also, I don't get it.
Does anyone use their auctions still?

I've never found them to be very good anyways.

Well take care,
Matt

There were around 6000 items listed, and they had............2 bids!!! rofl4.gif

They won't survive on this business anymore.

Btw, is StormClix dead too?
My last 2 clicks was a porn site and a "get-rich-quick scheme" one.. thumbdown.gif

I do clix to provide more money in SP, so they can keep charging me back rofl4.gif

The question has probably already come up, therefore I will
keep reading here, but does anyone know what happens to
a negative chargeback amount (that was charged back by
StormPay) in your account, if you are no longer an active
StormPay user.

Will I get a bill in the mail eventually? Or will they write
it off?

I no longer use online payment processors. I am totally
converting to a cash-only system. It seems to be the only
defence against what is happening between online programs,
payment processors, credit card, banking establishments
and the federal government. I think this all will get worse,
before it gets better.

No, they probably won't charge you and your acc. balance is not negative. I had around 600.00$ I earned from HYIP games and 12 daily pro and when they charged back money, they left 0.00$ in my account. According to my calculations I should have had a negative balance of -43.00$. I earned a buck and a few cents with Stormclix and they are still there.

On the other hand, I had invested 180.00$ in 12 Daily Pro when it went down, so that would mean they owe me a 137.00$. Nevertheless my acc. balance was 0.00$ and now is 1.02$.

If you withdrawed your money to your bank acc. before the chargebacks, they may try to redeem it somehow, but honestly I don't belive they will.

Best regards,
DrJale
