Webmoney is very popular in Russia, and the program itself (the original language is russian, though you can download English version too). I personally don't like it, cuase it's SOFTWARE, that means if i'm not home, i can't manipulate my account. That sucks.

to access you account from differents pc you need change account security setting and it will work from anywhere

Only problem with WebMoney is that they are hard to get. Not many people actually have them and their exchange fees are quite high as compared to other digital currency.

Their charges are 0.8% flat per transaction. That's not a small amount if you're doing a lot at a time.

May be you have not entered security code? However wmtransfer.com is realy looking very good. They will add WMG very soon. You can transfer gold grams to another users. After all these troubles with US based currencies like stormpay, e-gold i would like to use Webmoney as this one outside of US and realy based offshore

what version of keeper do you use?.. possibly make an effort take other.. sometimes the keys are generated in update versions doesn't suit for the use in old versions (read about this once on some forum), but I don't think that you have so much old version of keeper ..
although the best of all to contact with support..

It could be that your WMID is blocked.
