What is the weirdest way you have ever made money?

About 3 years ago on ebay i listed a pet rock for sale, this was done mainly as a joke however it ended up selling, i got $13.50 for a rock, just an everyday rock that one would find on the side of the street, the funniest part is i told the guy that purchased it that the pet rock was one of two rocks i had left and that the second pet rock would be extremely at which point he agreed to purchasing the second pet rock for an additional $10 just to prevent the first from being home sick! I could never work out who was crazier, me for listing the auctions or him for buying them.

Weirder than this believe it or not, i had a guy buy my pocket lint and used cigerette butts for about $15, this was intended as another gag auction, i guess one mans trash is another mans treasure.

i once saw jesus on a sheet of metal on ebay, i think it sold for like over $1000

It isn't weird , but i invested $1 on egoldmlm (it doesn't exists anymore) and i got $100 back don't know how.

DId you withdrew it? or was it just the statistics?

That's the weird part.I dind't , just received the money without explanation in my e-gold.

Ok, I found 900 golf balls in the bottom of the pond beside the Pitch 'n Putt Golf Course in West Vancouver. We had gone fishing in the estuary of the Capilano River for salmon at 5:00 AM and when we got back to the cars, we discovered that the West Van Parks Board people had pulled the gate holding back the water in the pond and it was empty. Yup, all the water had drained out while we were fishing. So we saw hundreds and hundreds of golf balls sitting on the mud and half covered in mud. I had my hip waders on so I went right in and started scoopin' up the balls. Well , it was tough sloggin' in the mucky old muck and more than once, I was up to my elbows in the muck feelin' around for more golf balls that had sunk into the muck for God knows how many years. Also found a bent golf club. The best golf ball out of the 900 was a Mickey Mouse ball in very good condition.

I sold about 400 clean balls to a Used Golf Equipment store I called up. Cant remember how much I got, not that much but that is the weirdest money I made.

Weirdest? I would say amazed that I could earn money through programs that pays me for signing up for free offers.

Haha maybe not the wierdest but I think its pretty funny. I made a p2p page awhile back. Someone had the bright idea to copy my page. They made a free site and put the html off of my site on theirs. They didn't even change the ads info. I think I made a dollar from him advertising for me.





And as a joke when all those grill cheese jesus/religous characters faces were popular. I made a peace of toast and carved a big happy face in it. I put it up and some one bought it for 35 cents. They said it was a gift for someone.

lol, golf balls, who would have thought!.. and i wish someone would copy my site and advertise, well no not really, but the advertising part would be nice.

and as for 'ciggarete butts,.. what for" no idea but the guy turned out to be a gay dude with an extreme fetish for new shoes, so that explains it all, some little sexual fetish maybe 'stokes the filter of the smoke.... my precious...'
