Hi

I want to open a bank account in the UAE (tax haven) and I'm wondering if anyone knows any Shariah compliant UAE banks that allow you to open an account online? I don't want to travel there just to open a bank account although moving there at a later date is a possibility.
A google search hasn't turned much up for me.

Many thanks

Hallo

I have look also on this just yestarday. I think the National Bank of Dubai is a good one:
http://www.nbd.com/NBD/NBD_CDA/CDA_Web_pag.../interest_rates

They have interest rate from 4.5% for one year on saving accounts. I don't know if you can open account online, but I have see, that you can request the application form. I planing to move there to later. smile.gif
