Well i was surprised to see yesterday that the EMO that i printed back on March 7th but only deposited in my bank account on March 13th has apparently cleared in my bank account. I am hoping that this means that anyone with pending EMO's that have been recently deposited may actually clear.

Mine didn't. My slow as hell bank didn't get it in I guess. They called me this morning.

My emo I thought had cleared my bank was returned today for $500 USD. Looks like they are doing chargebacks or it really did not clear in time. I had deposited it on 3/7/06.

So now I'm out the money. What a rip off.

They can't chargeback anything if they don't have anything to charge back.
They don't even have control of the system right now.

Well the emo money order was marked Deposit Returned by my bank.

Either way I'm out of the money until this matter is resolved.

Im in the same boat. I printed and deposited to my bank on March 7th. I though everything was good until i looked at account today. It can take anywhere from 5-14 days depending where the clearign house is for the issued check/money order. For all of you that think that your money went through, im sorry but I think you will be saddened within the next 10 days. My advice, dont go on a spendling splurge because of your emo(s) until 2 weeks from now in case your money actually goes through.

I wish it would be the same for money going into EMO. I sent money to EMO and it cleared my bank on the 9th. I bet it doesn't come back to me. But they can stop money from clearing and going into your account. This isn't right.

EMO can't do anything with the government jumping on all the processors.

i am considering closing my accoutn and opening a new one so they cant charge them back, or i'll play the chargeback game with them and chargeback my visa.

Ouch. Just checked my bank account to find an EMO deposit I made on March 10th got bounced back to me even though it showed up as cleared a few days after the fact.

I dont mind loosing money in HYIPs and games, but when the money is in my bank account, I thought it was safe......Guess Not.
