finally, td called me said they are able to dispute the charge with stormpay. I'm in canada so i believe that the sec cannot do ne thing about it. TD is asking that i write a letter to them stating the circumstances and documentation. what documention should i provide?

Suggest u send the BBB report about SP.
Also write letter stating account frozen so cannot access funds so cannot get refund for services not rendered.
Also zeroed your account without your knowledge and permission.
Send a screenshot of your SP account with the zero balance.

BTW, i use CC visa. but i suppose any document that discredit StormPay can be universally used.

This has become a major problems throughout the world, and many banks are aware of the inccident so far...
Though my bank already knew the problem when I filed disputes, I provide them with the BBB report and some abc news as support docs..
