Unfortunately, there are too many scammers online today. Exchanging Paypal or Moneybookers with a stranger is high risk.

The thing is that neither MB or PP allow exchangers. Both of them forbids exchanges with their currencies. That's why there aren't any serious ones exchanging MB to PP or the other way around.
