Full Version: Fraud Service Internal Error

I try my luck here..

Suport can take for how long...

I have everything veryfied (basic, cc) and approved.

Did my first funding today with my cc.

The money is gone from my cc-accont, but in EMO accont i have a Balance of XXX$ but in Available Balance i have 0$..

I got this message alsoo..
Fraud Service Internal Error-- go to security tab to rerun transactions through filters Ref: XXXXXXXXXXXX

Please tell me what to do??

There are a answeringmashin.. so i just left 2 mess...

But is there anyone who know where the securitytab is??
And how to rerun thru filters.. ??

I´m from sweden and my english is not that good..

it also says its flagd or something..

well i can answer my own q now..

Not that EMO have been any help.. But i saw yesterday at there site that they only take visa thats "verified by visa"

VISA doesent have that aplication in sweden..

The dumb EMO answered me that if you have a problem with visa cc funding.. Try to do anotherone!!

WTF

I i dont have access to my first deposit.. I will sure as ... not do another one!!

I will NOT use EMO anymore..

BTW

The accont is now 0 and the money has not come back to my visa acc...

Emo can passby this verification sistem for you (they did it for my mastercard) but it took them about a week or so. But this transaction should not have gone throug on your cc. Did you check with your credit card provider. This has happened to me and they did not charge me this transaction.
Emo customer service is veeeeeeeery slow.

I'm also from sweden and i've been able to fund my EMO account without any problems....until yesterday, then i got the exakt same error that you got. I've sent them some tickets but no reply....Any suggestions on how to solve this.

Oh and by the way my payments havent got back to my cc either...

Same thing happened to me. Just a "tad" annoyed blink.gif Takes what? A week to get an answer from support? *sigh*

With the massive influx of people to EMO from Stormpay and other exchangers it's understandable they are short staffed for support right now.

They are probably hesitant to hire more staff since people trash their support (in forums) and move to someone else within a week or so of opening an EMO account.

Hopefully the payment processer juggling will slow down soon and their service will improve.
