We are working on them now as we speak. I'd say within this week or next we hope to be caught up. Once we are caught up we will be back on our normal routine of having them processed within days.

I can't see how you can call them good after all of this - they have acted in a very unproffesional manner, and I'd be highly surprised if everything they have done is actually legal.

Stormpay is taking peoples money for no real reason. If you are reading the posts in this forum and still ask if you are going to get your money, than you are not getting it.

Read the post from the person that lost 3000.00 to strompay. He was not in surf sites or 12Daily pro.

What part of that quoted statment doesn't make sense in view of his other posts?

If I were asking for my money 'back', I'd have a problem with that program having 'taken' my money in the first place. Not praising them for standard communication and a promise that I'll get it back in a week or two.

I get your point, but I am showing people that StormPay isnt as evil as they play it out to be.

You have it in writing which means about as much as the writing on a website promising to make everyone instant millionaires. Let us know when you get the money, not what StormPay is saying while they are refusing to give you your money.

Do you actually have the money in your hot little hands yet? I mean in your hands, not in your stormpay account. Until you do, that promise allegedly in writing (and some smart lawyer would argue whether an email communication constitutes writing or not -- the courts are split on the issue) is worth about the same as all the other promises Stormpay has made. So much hot air.

They've promised a lot of refunds to a lot of people, but the bottom line is that they still have the $$$. Any issue of getting your own money back in the first place shows that StormPay is a no-good scam.

i just got paid by studiotraffic and request for withdrawal through Stormpay debit card.... let's see how it goes..

They are crooks who stole our money! How can they ever be good? If they want to redeem the glory that they once had, they must first make sure that we all get refunded of the money that we spent to the AS/Hyip that they have suspended. We would have been paid(with profits) already if they didnt freeze the accounts of our programs.
I'd still call them crooks until they prove otherwise.

Will you get your money? Maybe, maybe not. However be careful, a ticket on the StormPay.com site is hardly a "guarantee in writing". But I wish you the best of luck.

I only participated in HYIPs and autosurfs, never running one, and gave my money over to StormPay. When SP came out against programs that used other payment processors I had several thousand in autosurfs, most were frozen. The days afterward I was horrified, would I see that money?

After a day or two, SP voided a deposit I had made previously, causing my SP account balance to go negative. I wanted to correct this and continue participating in AS's open only offering SP, so I made deposits using my bank and credit card. All 4 deposits were voided or reversed in the coming week, with SP keeping those hundreds. Meanwhile more AS's were frozen with all my money now in StormPay's hands.


<EDIT> right, the only way I'm going to see a penny back is if my credit card company is nice enough to treat the StormPay transactions as fraudulent activity since they are a payment processor "stealing" my deposits.. Or if some giant freakin class-action is brought against SP, but they might just play the blame game against hyips and autosurfs.

It's not a matter of how "nice" your credit card comapny is, it's a matter of what you say to them. They have to follow the same rules as all the other issuing banks. If they don't, they can't issue credit cards anymore.

I think everyone should be diplomatic.

Anyone with a legitimate online business should be using a reputable processor such as PayPal. StormPay is a terrible decision and poor choice in online payment processing

Me too they hit me with a chargeback from all those other site,however after what is left in my account I got it in my debit card this morning it's not much only US$450 but still I'm in profit

I am sorry to be a bother, but my withdrawal is still pending, we are heading towards a month and nothing makes me think that I am going to get to see it. I don't want to lose my account, but my account is worthless to me if I can't get money out of it. I think you will understand that point.

Your withdraw has been approved and sent to processing.

U.S and Canada residents should allow 5-10 days to receive your check. International check withdraws can take longer depending on the postal systems, which is completely outside our control. A trace cannot be placed on a check until 30 days after date of issue. After 30 days if you request that StormPay Inc. issue a Stop Payment on a Check that we have issued you for a withdrawal on your account balance, you will be charged the $29 fee our bank passes to StormPay Inc. associated with the Stop Payment order. After 60 days from date of issue, if the check has not been presented to the issuing bank, a check will be void and can be returned to your account without a fee.

What you do say to them is quite important. I called my credit card's bank, Chase, and they're mailing a package of papers I can fill out to dispute the charges after I stated that I "purchased services via a 3rd party payment processor, StormPay, who refused to deliver funds to the companies that I do business with and they won't give a refund." The reason I said "nice" is I hope the collection process goes well and the the CC bank doesn't give up to StormPay or its banks.

SP's suspended my account, I assume for carrying a negative balance for weeks after they charge-backed payments and deposits... so no going through StormPay for me..
(had tried tickets but SP didn't seem to like that..)
