Hi, i want to know if there is anybody here has withdrawed intgold to e-gold using intgold withdraw facilitiy? how long does it take from them to send to our e-gold account? they say 12-24 hours, is that true?

I did it once and it took almost 2 days.

They never notified me either, so I had to just log in every day and check.

Mine take from 12 hours to 48 hours.

I have requested withdraw to egold over 48 hours ago and i still haven't received the egold yet..., i emailed them over 12 hours ago and not responded yet, it seems i have to be a little more patience this time though it makes me late to pay my bill....

edit: i forgot about this question, did intgold send confirmation email when they have transfered the egold?

Never recieved any confirmation mail. IntGold is really sloww. For exchange, I would recommend using some exchanger instead IntGold if you need it fast. IntGold can take upto 5 working days. I only did once and it took 3 days for me.

What 5 days? , it's really slow, shoeb, when you were waiting on the transfer, had you sent intgold email? and did intgold replied you?

Told ya, took 3 days for me too. IntGold to date has NEVER answered any of my mails I sent them. I don't know how they answer their emails, but I've talked to a few people who say they have always had prompt answers to their emails. Ofcourse they are a minority. But it really makes me go wonder, why some people gets prompt answers, while most of us don't ever get an answer no matter how urgent the issue is.

I didn't need to do any exchange to e-gold for quite some time now. I used Pool of Gold. But they don't do IntGold to e-gold anymore. Sorry can't recommend any other as I didn't use anything else.

I don't understand why poolofgold don't have intgold to e-gold service while they have e-gold to intgold service , anyway from now on i will use moneylover exchange service, it must be way faster then intgold service
