Well I have been a member of the ATA (American Translator Association) in the past. Have translated technical and instruction manuals as well as marketing material and made customer service calls 3-way translating between our customers in Québec and our US tech support... when I was working in the corporate world, as a sales development specialist responsible for beautiful Canada...in the past too

French /American dual national lived in both countries extensively.... truly fully bilingual.
