I don't know what is going on but its really strange. I made a fund transfer to Egold on the 15th by EMO and until now there is nothing in my EGOLD account? Anyone have the same problem? I called EMO yesterday and told them what happen. They said it shouldn't take that long and plus its in the process and there is no way we can cancel it. IT already showing that yellow logo arrow which means its in the process. Well, they told me to wait and see over the weekend. If nothing happen by Monday, I need to call them again and they will do something about this?

When I checked the process in my EMO account next to the NOTE it say NEW, which if the transaction went through then the status will be CLEARED.

I made a purchase on the 13th and it went very quickly to my egold.


Anyone know what is going on here?

before this it take short time to clear the fund from emo to egold. but just now i try to fund my egold from emo, 1 hour already, still pending. do not know why... because before this it take not more than 30minute to fund..

Exactly! So I'm not the only one that has the transaction taking forever. Yes! the same thing here. When I made a first fund to my EGOLD account it took only about 30 minutes and now its been about 5 days with the weekend.

The customer service at EMO said that it shouldn't take that long to process the funds. So by tomorrow I don't see anything in my EGOLD then I will have to call them again. They said that on their side, the funds is being transfer to the exchanger. Something like that.

I funded my e-gold account Friday night through EMO. Did it twice.

The first time it went through instantly. 2nd time it hit my e-gold
within about 10 minutes.

Maybe its the amount that I am funding? I don't know. I am very curious. The customer service at
EMO doesnt know what is going on? He said, yes he said that its been through to the exchanger and in process, s0 there is nothing that me or him can do.

What does everyone think. I am very anxious to start using money so I can make money. crying.gif


I would have to give them a call tomorrow. Which I hated cuz its going to take a while to get 2 one. unsure.gif

Same thing is happening to me. I requested a withdrawal to Egold on 15th Feb. Still waiting, and have sent 3 tickets about it (no response as yet). Will post here if and when it reaches my account or I get a response that's different from yours...

I sent funds to Egold on Saturday and as of yet no show in Egold.

Just out of curiousity which exchanger did you guys pick for e-gold exchanges.....in your EMO backoffice?

I did not pick any egold exchanges. It stated there that you don't have too. But, is it better? Did you make any fund to Egold lately?

annoyed.gif I just spoke with one of the person at EMO and that person was so rude. He acted like he doesnt' want to help. He can't seem to be helping anything but I told him the situation and he took my information down and he will let someone look about the egold over. Man, gosh! He's a very rude person. He said that rite now the customer service they are moving so that's why there is no answer.

He was asking me question like how did I fund it? (in a man tone voice). Duh, the rite way!( in my mind I said). When did I open my EMO account. Did I have funds available. Of course I did.Well, lets see whats going to happen. If not I rather just have my egold funds cancel and retry again!

Okay! I called EMO like 40 minutes ago! I finally spoke with someone which was the same person from Friday. I called too late so he said he will ask someone about the problem tomorrow. Everyone has left the place.


I will call him again tomorrow and hopefully we will know what is going on.

what is preferred exchanger did you used in EMO sites ? Anygoldnow? Goldage ? Try to contact them also beside EMO. I just experienced the same thing you did. I t has been 2 days now.

No! I did not use Anygoldnow or Goldage. It stated there that its not necessarily to select one of them. I'm not really sure which exchanger they are using to exchange my funds.

I am using anygold. if you want to know what exchanger you are using, you can login into EMOCORP, in tne menu e-currency account, click view. There at the colomn preferred exchanger you can see what exchanger you are using. Then you open the exchanger sites, send them support ticket through Contacct menu, dont forget to include your detail transaction. Hope they can reply you because your money came to their account now.

Hey guys! I've just checked my egold account and the funds are in there.

But, when I checked my EMO account , the transaction said failed! Weird! and Strange!

I wonder what is going in there.

Hmmmm I have done a couple transfers from EMO to eGold and the money was on egold in a couple of minutes without any problems smile.gif
