Is it separate for ebay and paypal? I mean, if I purchase the $25 card, will it work for both ebay and paypal verification? And what if I run into problems doing so? What is your support like? How long have you been doing this?

Seems too fishy for someone else to give credit card details to somebody else just for the sake of lifting the limits
