Has anyone have had the unpleasant experience
to request a charge back from a scam site or
an autosurf which did not deliver the promised earnings !!

That would be great to be enlightened
on how the charge back function works...........

Do you have to file a claim like with sp ?
Is there a fee of usd 29 ?

Is the refund immeadiate or based
on criteria...........anyone refund denied?
What is the waiting time ?

How do you do a chargeback if you funded an Autosurf or HYIP via EMO?

Does the funding method matter - if it was a credit card or wire transfer directly from a bank account?

I think there are a lot of people who would like to know if this can be done and how.

No you can't. I've been "fighting" with EMO for days now (via registered mail, nonetheless!). They stick to their Terms & Conditions:
(I rephrase) You gotta be careful when you chose to buy from a merchant that uses EMO and must take full responsability.


This is even when EMO has obviously partnered with 12DP and cooperated in the system integration process and benefited with tens of thousands new subscribers for themselves. They will still hold that you chose to shop from 12DP.

so in other words , there is no possibility of refunds
from any autosurfs you have invested with

I inquired about the chargeback process to EMO because I read in a post from Charis at 12dp that they were receiving chargebacks from EMO. This was EMO's response:

We cannot refund your purchase of a money order. You purchased a money order form us and then you sent it to 12dp. At this point we would direct you to 12dp for this issue.

We appreciate you as a customer and look forward to serving you.

From the above response from EMO I don't understand how 12dp is getting chargebacks from EMO.

I think people that funded EMO with a credit card are charging back with their bank.

I dont think its possible to chargeback an emo, they would not even cancel a pending EMO of mine that i posted to stormpay. Thanks to them i lost another 2.3k.

I don't think emo are going to be that popular in the near future.

so there is no possibility to get your money back?
