As for that intgoldsux website, everyone has their own opinions. Usually the people that say intgold is a scam are people who were scammers themselves and got their account frozen as far as I can tell.

Absolutely not. INTgold froze my account 10 weeks ago because a few people slipped through the refund process (we're talking about like 1 or 2 people). Instead of these people informing me, they reported us to INTgold. We called INTgold over 30 times and finally spoke to Mike, the CEO, once. He said we were frozen because 2 people reported us for not refunding their money. He told us to send him the refund information via e-mail and he will refund our money. 5 weeks later, he has not refunded these people and i'm still waiting for a response. I'm absolutely sick and tired of constantly calling them and e-mailing them without a response. I will be filing a demand letter this week. They have left me no other option but to contact my lawyer.

Keep in mind that they initially froze my account without contacting me. My INTgold user information was just "invalid." It look me weeks and weeks just to find out that my account was frozen. Is it legal that they can freeze somebody's account without notifying them? Is it legal that they are doing absolutely nothing to rectify the problem? I have searched the web and spoken to several people who have run into the same problems. As far as I can tell, INTgold is stealing our money. My opinions will stay justified until they make some sort of effort to at least reply to my messages.

Just being curious... why did you had to pay refunds?

And... how it came to the fact that somehow you missed 2 members from a list of members? sorry... I see no way how it could be possible.

We paid out refunds because our initial launch was not a success. We missed 2 members out of the large list due to human error. Manually refunding more than 1,000 people is a difficult task. 2 people were over-looked, by error. By the time we contacted them it was too late, our account had been frozen.

IntGoldSux was pasted on a lot of low class casinos that were previously accepting INTgold before they stopped allowing it. However, I personally don't like to do business with places that like to slam other companies.

Be aware that the only casino that you will find that accepts intgold is a scam. They ripped me off last week.

I have always wondered this, when Intgold "freezes" an account, do they keep all that money for themselves since they dont give refunds? If so, that could be very lucrative for them smile.gif
