INTgold shutdown my account 9 weeks ago and will not provide me with any information after countless phone calls and E-Mails.

Does anyone have the OLD INTgold User Agreement? If so, please post it and/or PM me ASAP. Thank you!!

INTgold has always had very bad customer support. They almost NEVER answer their phones and it takes almost 1 week to get a response to any emails.. if they respond at all. Other than that, INTGold is a great service.

I suggest that you try calling them at different times in the day to see if you get lucky.

I called INTgold once, and never had a problem. Every email I have ever sent has been responded to. Hmm.

I lost my password before and called, they answered and fix the problem right away. That was 6 months back though, might be different now.

I've called INTgold at LEAST 30 times and spoke to representatives about 4 times. I finally got ahold of the owner and he told me the steps to get my account unfrozen but he never complied with his end of the deal. So now i'm back to square #1 trying to contact the administrator again. This has been ongoing for about 9 or 10 weeks now.

How do you know that ?

INTGOLD is good as payment processor. But it is very bad in communication.

i called intgold when i lost secondary password. they were very helpful and took me like 1 min to get fixed guess it was my lucky day laugh.gif
