I stopped working in Oct 05 and was able to get an apartment no problem. I listed money I had in studiotraffic and dxio which neither is available and studiotraffic ripped me off but anyway I got it no problem with a $250 deposit. If your really doing well you can always just pay an extra month or two if they question your financial stability.JUST NEGOTIATE. I am also an RN so I can get a job anytime I want. I started a moneymaking blog explaining how I am able to make a full time living easily even with massive failures of studiotraffic, DXIO , 12dailypro etc at http://www.wealthyland.com

When I was a student and no job I rent my first apartment and it's no problem, so what's the big deal ? post-36326-1110185726.gif

If you are a student and no job, then who is paying the tuition. It may be depending on a realtor/landlord, though, if you or your family can afford the tuition, why not a rent.

To me, it was a bit of an eye-opener that you can get an apartment with some online business description. Again, it may be depending on the realtor. Maybe all they cared was first and last month deposit. But, I never thought I could get by employment description with some online ventures.
