Has anyone had this problem.....
I added a Credit Card to my account. Went through the verification process. Had been approved. Proceeded to add funds to my account via Credit Card and got this message instead:
The credit card you selected is not enrolled for Buyer Authentication with the issuing financial institution. Please click on the banners below to enroll your card in the 3D-Secure Buyer Authentication program. If your card issuer does not provide this service yet, please contact EMO customer service.
So, I called my CC service line and they had no idea what I was talking about (btw, they charged me 1.50 off my CC for calling ). Then I called Mastercards phone line. They said this message was for my secure code (that 3 digit number on the back of the card). I am just dumb founded at this point.
