Just to inform you all that my CB was a success!! I've recovered all money tho SP wiped out my account and reversed all my payment to 3rd party & those ppl were furious and demand money from me. My account now should be negative

I also hope ScamPay get burried and get rotten in tons of CBs claims from all over the world.

If they wipe your account you should look for another place to do business.

I don't know what's going on. My credit card company refused to do a chargeback for me after 2 months arguing with them - they just suggested I should take legal advice because StormPay had done what was asked of them in transferring the money to 12DP. I gave up with them at the start of April.

Today I got this email from StormPay :


"This is to inform you that the transaction below has resulted in a Charge Back.

StormPay, Inc. has received notification from your credit card company of a chargeback regarding a recent funding made to your StormPay account. This action is in violation of the terms and conditions of the StormPay User's Agreement and has resulted in the suspension of your StormPay account. "


Very strange. Is the credit card company trying to get money out of Scumpay after telling me they were not going to do anything?

My credit union just reversed one of two chargebacks I did against Stormpay concerning 12DP. I just talked to the Visa rep, and she advised me that SP sent her written proof that the "service which I had paid for was rendered", and that she's mailing me the documentation from Scampay. I executed the original chargeback over two months ago, and now it's been reversed, so if you just did a chargeback, don't spend that money just yet. My suggestion would be to drop it into your savings account, and pray that the other shoe doesn't drop!

The only way I can think of that Scampay can do this is that if they claim that your purchase was for internet advertising (which it was), and if your website is advertised by the company through which you purchase advertising, then they can claim that service was rendered. That "service" doesn't have to include anything about you getting money in return, since that's not what you're technically purchasing.

Best to keep an eye on that credit card balance.

I manage to do a chargeback through nationalcity bank. It is a very easy thing to do. Just talk to your bank, and most often that not you will get the money back

after charge back so many member account to zero and some many complian the company still around

My credit card company sent me a letter today saying they had done some more investigations (after refusing to do anything for three months) and I can get a refund, subject to SP's bank making investigations and claiming back.

So the ball seems to be in my court, for the moment at least.
I will keep my fingers crossed that Girsky doesn't knock on my door.

Stormpay has really messed up a lot of people accounts.

Impossible to get your stormpay account unfrozen or recover your funds.


Stormpay has had my account frozen for almost 7 months with over $70k balance. They ignore my tickets completely.

In my case it's long past time to get my attorney involved.

Lost more than$2800

Storm Pay really screwed up. They had such a great thing going. I think greed got the better of them....Hope to see Storm Pay no more soon!!
