I already deleted 1 week ago...but there are ways they can retrieve the info...hope they not thinking of those UNCIVILISED & EVIL things.

By the way,I'm not a member of 12dp and l'm not blaming them. It is jst that they have been against or force or pressure SP because SP has no $$ to pay their member. SP has no choice but has to commit those ILLEGAL & EVIL move to pay them ...Even some ppl like me who are not involve are implicated!!!Worst payment processor i have seen in my life

StormPay’s representatives have assured LifeClicks that StormPay is a viable company and is still open for business, and StormPay has provided assurances that it is able to cover, dollar for dollar with money in the bank, any deposits that may be held in any StormPay account.

Of course, this is the absolute truth. Once they cleared all the accounts to zero, they had plenty of money to cover the accounts.

in order to remove your checking account you have to send a support ticket

but dont think they will answer them any way

what if you just terminate your sp account then they cant touch you either way right

Got up this morning, read the 12dp site. Thought it was funny that they were no longer "slandering" stormpay. Checked my SP account in the hope i had recieved one of these mysterious refunds. Account at $0.00.

I have 2 pendings and 1 active at 12dp (doing the 3x3x3 method)and my total outgoings to 12dp are GREATER than my total earnings. My SP balance is a combination of recent credit card deposit and (annoying time-consuming) stormclix. It does not add up. My balance has NEVER been in 12dp account.

WRONG!!!!!!

i had a pending withdraw waiting, and also $1.01 in my SP balance from stormclix. I find it quite odd these charge backs were just enough to cancel my withdraw and take my $1.01 from SPclix, the money i was withdrawing wasn't even from 12DP it was from other sources, not related to autosurfs at all! i feel they just don't want to pay anyone, or can't, so these mysterious chargebacks come up and zero us all out.

I had the same problem, not only the money from 12dailypro disappeared but all my stormclix money (about $100).

I can't understand one thing - they even took the money that was paid 60 and more days ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am Soooooooooo glad that when my CC expired I never updated the details BECAUSE EVEN if you delete your details there are ways and means or finding the old details out and thus creating chargebacks - financial instutions around the world have been doing EXACTLy that for years

and remember IF YOU delete you account - you are DENYING yourself the RIGHT to participate or BENEFIT from any legal action that may occur in the future.

SIMPLY because YOU deemed to delete YOUR account and NOT stormpay

cancel your credit cards, close your bank accounts - and direct mail to a PO Box - that way UNLESS they get an order - they CAN NOT serve you with anything - because they HAVE to get through your bank first with the paperwork

What really p.... me off is if you join an autosurf or a hyip you know its a risk and you take that on board. Half expecting any day for them to close down or run off with your money as they tend to do.

You don't expect it from a program like Stormpay after all that's why we use payment processors in the 1st place so you don't have to give your credit card to every program you join.

That's why Stormpay should be shut down and the owners thrown in jail

Huh, SP did chargeback on me too. I never received a single cent out of SP yet..... Now doing a chargeback...

Hay I don’t know if any one else noticed but they to the whole amount sent out not what we actually received I had 1 payment of $43.20 of witch I got $41.55 and 3 payments of $8.64 after fees $8 each
So I got a total of $69.14 in payments minus $3.59 in sp fees for a actual $65.55 credited to my account but when the charged back all of my received payments from 12daily they took $69.14 from my account.
So I got to pay $3.59 for them to take my money. Yay they are some money hungry commi c**k bits. Burn in hell ScamPay

Yes I get that they took the intial payment as well. Of course they are doing it that way. They are collecting all payments that came into these progrms so they can add the profits back as well and then issue refunds. They arent going to do the math on every single transaction from every site and figure out what your profit was. Once it is all pooled back into the programs account then they can start reversing payments made to those accounts. (ie your intial deposits)
And like I said they will take it from your balance no matter where your balance came from, a balance is a balance. It is a pool of all trasactions not just this or that. Period. Obiviously your balance from previous deposits made from these programs are no longer in your account. Most of them anyway have either been withdrawn or paid into something else. Where do you suppose they take it from then? Thin air?

Unfortunately, stormclix had the little disclaimer that they were not associtated with or represented by any site shown in the ad's. That is all it will take to cover their backsides. I wouldnt be surprised if they recieve some hefty fines because of it though, which we will never know. I also woulndt be surprised if the reason the sites are still being allowed in clix is so that they can gather a list of other sites that are still currently running


I never in my life thought it would go down this way either. We all were just to comfortable with the idea of using these programs period. We accepted they could go down on their own, but never pondered the fact that they could be legally busted instead.

If/when SP site returns, if you haven't already done so, I suggest everyone request (via their ticket system) your bank account info to be removed using the example provided for us below. Make sure to include the last 4 digits of your account number and update the date and time you send it - do it for your own protection

If any of you have a bank account on file with Stormpay you need to go change your account numbers ASAP because my stormpay account was negative $600 yesterday and they have now took that out of my bank account. This is not right My attorney is now contacting my bank to see what is going on. I'll keep everyone posted. But please change your account numbers before they steal from you too

only way to change your bank info on the stormpay site now is to send in a support ticket, like that will do any good.
but yeah, everyone should check with their bank to see how unauthorized transactions are dealt with. my bank said that any unauthorized transactions could be stopped if caught within a few days. needless to say i'm keeping a very close eye on my bank account.

There is no telling how desperate they are getting now. Since their site does not work anymore, they need more Scam Money!

The think the most effective way is to call your bank and instruct them not to have stormpay make any withdrawal from your account. They can do that for you,. Your bank just need to put a block on it. I did that last Saturday when things started worsening.

Sounds like good advice. My bank is different though, it's Banknorth, apparently they require you to actually go to a branch and fill out a debit dispute form. I'll fill it out tomorrow.

Yesterday out of curiousity and actually wanting an explanation I emailed Stormpay via the contact page on site. I simply asked one question, no particular autosurf or any other type program mentioned in my question.

Question: I would like to know how a 'frozen' account, which once a 'freeze' takes place is inaccessible to the owner of record of said account, can make a charge back of funds which Stormpay now holds in trust for another person or company? Please explain.

Strangely enough the response I recieved today was a simply form letteracknowledging the reciept of my mailing, from 12dailypro. Title of said responding email Stormpay response.

Why in the h**l is 12dailypro responding to a question asked directly of Stormpay?

Especially when 12dailypro nor any other online income producing program (autosurf,MLM or HYIP) was mentioned in the original email!

Thats strange and somewhat suspicious.
