no thats not great because that means you got my money and i want it back... i don't mean for you to take that seriously either so please don't, but i think all these charge backs are going into 12pd accounts because sp did something with the other money and some of us like me will be sitting with nothing in return.

I decided I wasn't taking any chances and deleted my two CCs from Stormpay as soon as all this mess started. With the latest news today, I decided to go ahead and just terminate my SP account altogether since there is no way to get your bank account information removed without a ticket, and in the current climate, I don't think putting in a ticket to ask for it to be removed would be the best course of action.

I decided to just terminate the account because even if SP did try to get their act back together, I sure as hell would NEVER use them again for anything.

I suggest everyone request (via their ticket system) your account info to be removed using the example provided for us below. Make sure to include the last 4 digits of your account number and update the date and time you send it - do it for your own protection

well, up to this stage, i think what we can do is:

1. Put an instruction to your banker to stop payment to StormPay acc.
- I cancelled my virtual credit card from my local bank, which i used to fund SP.

2. Check the Terms & Condition from SP to check if we "agreed" the Chargeback thingy when we joined SP.

3. Look for other means to take legal actions against SP if the term was not previously stated.

4. Support all other team to file lawsuit against SP.

Umm no. 12dp or any of the other programs are the ones without enough money in their accounts to cover refunds all the way down the line and that is why the charge backs are happening. Any and all profits are being siezed before any refunds take place. How far back they will go is the question.

Probably preparing for a second round of chargebacks for the day.

I have had money in Stormpay for several days, I check it each day. It was paid to me last Friday, Feb. 3rd. from ymmss.org which is NOT an Autosurf or Hyip. Tonight my account was ZERO. they had a chargeback from eprofitsurf whom I know without even asking DID NOT do a charge-back on me. Eprofitsurf is also locked down by Stormpay. This is a worst-case scenario internet fraud and theft by Stormpay. Even if an Auto-surf does pay us, it is useless, Stormpay will simply delete our balance in some way or another. I think we should join the 18,000 that have already filed a complaint with BBB of Tennessee and any other means such as FBI. I think I managed to delete my credit card from my Stormpay account, but cannot delete my bank information. I will have to go to the bank and probably close account in the morning to make sure I do not end up with a huge debit. I was giving Stormpay a small chance, just in case, but this has told me they are like Enron #2. Please everyone protect your credit cards and bank accounts from this point forth.

Those CROOKS at Stormpay did a chargeback to 12dailyPro for the EXACT amount of my withdrawl request !!! THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT WASNT EVEN FROM 12DAILY PRO !!

They're trying to screw 12DP by shrinking the amount they owe to 12DP by these chargebacks !!

Nevermind the money I had due from SYNCFUNDS and 12DAILYPRO ...StormScam done already stole that ...so I decide to cut my losses and request a cheque for the $71.53 that I had someone donate. I request the withdraw on Feb 2 ...then ...on Feb 7, StormScam reverses the withdraw without telling me, or even giving a reason ...and to top it off ...the #$@#ers go and charge back $4.79 to the now defunct syncfunds?!?!! I put $4 in syncfunds just to get less than $4 back because of StormScam's ridiculous service charges, and now they take another $4.79 out?!?!! They take on the way in; they take out the way out; and when you request your money, they mark it pending, they reverse it, and they find another way to BLOOD SUCK YOU!!!!

Please somebody, give me a suggestion ...something's definitely not right here!!!!!!!!!!

If you add up the amounts you will see they either equal any payments you recieved or your account was zero's because it didnt equal enough to cover payments recieved.

The funny thig is that in their BRILLIANT Knowledgebase ( written to accomodate their crooked actions ) says:

"Why did my account receive a chargeback?
Chargebacks: If you receive a payment into your account which resulted from a fraudulent or chargedback transaction from the sender, the funds will be reversed from your account. Chargebacks occur most commonly when a user funds by check or credit card and either does not have the funds in their checking account to cover the transaction or is using stolen financial information.(more here)"

I did a request for my STORMCLIX money & they did a chargeback proving that, according to their knowledgebase, STORMPAY IS FRAUDULENT ! HAA, I wonder what whiz at Stormpay wrote that rule.

Does anyone able to find out SP email address? My bank need me to contact them before they can do any chargeback.

Of course they are going to take the profits from your balance if it is there, how ever it was earned. They cant take it from thin air. If you deposit two checks and then buy something do you know exactly which check it is from or is it from the balance?? They are saying all your previous payment transactions from these programs are fraudulent and that is what they are reversing.

Just another piece of information. Earlier I said stormpay has zeroed my account and cancelled my withdrawal but in fact it is in the red when i look at the history. Guess what they can sing for it. I didn't put funds in through a credit card and they won't dare try to get funds form my bank account as they would then be in for the real highjump

They took the whole amount which included not only the profit but also your initial payment...

Stormpay allowed this type of advertising on their system Stormclix therefor they were aware of the programs in advance as all ads have to be approved...So if they are claiming that these AS and Hyips are fraudulent then they have been in effect promoting fraudulent activity...They can\'t have it both ways...

Legally, they have nothing to stand on....You can\'t have it both ways...
