go to your bank and try to do a chargeback, find one of the biggest deposits you made in stormpay within last few weeks and try to charge back it

People, close your open claims, PLEASE! If SP is actually doing according to their email about the current situation, then they are doing chargebacks to refund those with open claims.

That is the kind of crap that allowed SP time to steal more money - now its not to "PROTECT OUR USERS" but to steal more and more money.

They took money from another cashout and did a chargeback to 50cent2surf (whose account is suspended) so they can keep the money - simple as that.

I need to know how to delete the bank accounts from my SP account so they dont start stealing from there because that is next!!!!!

Just want to caution all that are posting images here - you might be inviting more theives/hackers in to your life by posting the images - sure right now there is no money in these accounts now but your identities are priceless!! So just to be on the safe side you may want to delete thoses images - better safe than sorry and right now we've all got enough to worry about so you don't want to get your identity stolen too - trust me, I've been there and it ain't fun! (at the very least - block the ID #'s - for you own protection)

you need to contact stormpay and have them delete it but first what i would do is call your bank and tell them SP is not allowed to take money from your account and if they do take SP to court

The more claims against them the better. My account was suspended on Jan 22 - without any explanations. And - of course - without any responses to my 5 tickets and 4 letters (1 of them via DHL - stupid of me to spend money on them ).

You can delete your cc yourself, but not your bank account. They now make you put in a support ticket to remove bank accounts. I doubt it will help us, I am sure they would still have our info regardless.

Can everyone here please get a grip. All of this complaining will get you nowhere. You are out of control. If you have been affected by these recent events do something instead of telling everyone else to do something.

1. Call your bank and let them know what is happening. Don't allow anything
in or out of your account unless you approve it one transaction at a time.

2. Call your credit card company and make them aware of the situation as well. Explain
what is happening and put a lock on your account.

3. Do the above things immediately.


Important:
If you have more than one bank account at your bank you will need to monitor each account.
If one of your accounts is overdrawn then it is possible for them to pull from the second account
to get the money. This is possible as long as they are tied to the same SSN. If your second
account is a business account with a tax id number then it should be safe. But don't assume it
is.

i never put my bank account on line for them to see... Nore will they ever see it. But i will call the cc company i have and tell them not to aurthorize anything from SP...

The only thing that makes sense is this:

Stormpay are putting back all the withdrawls from the autosurfs because hey are preparing to release the autosurfs accounts.

When the those accounts are released, all upgrades will be in order and the autosurfs will be able to make their payments to members. This is the only logical thing that this could be.

If they were stealing our money, they would just run with it and close down the site. I think they have been ordered to do this by either the government or 12DPs lawyers. I actually think this is the beginning of the resolution of this whole mess. I see it as a positive sign on the way to all members being paid.

Well... I too filed in a claim early this morning and then found out lots of people got charge back.
Luckily, my cliam was denied and so far the balance is still there.

I was not in 12DP or any other programs that metioned above, but I did in AT, which I funded with PP. So, instead of looking through cliams and emails, I guess they are looking for complete transfers of sent and recieved. Another words, if you sent your money to that program and gained profit of it, your account is dangrous.

yes just noted this all stormpay balance in my account charged back and account is 0,i was having 63.68$ balance in my account and just now I saw zero???and this has been charged back to 12dailypro?????what is this??????????????????????????????????I did not make any transaction of this amount with 12dailypro before,i have been investing big in 12dailypro and was having small balance to pay for INM subscription but now all money gone and account is zero

Stormpay is being ridiculous.

If I pay a merchant $400 and Recieve $600 in return, how can you chargeback that entire sum? 2/3rds of that is MY MONEY!!!

I find it highly coincidental that they're not charging back the specific amount deposited or recieved but only the amount of withdrawals pending.

I have some wonderful news people i just talked to my cc company and they told me and to tell everyone that uses BANK OF AMERICA if SP takes money from your cc do a dispuit and YOU WILL get your money back... these credit card companys know whats going on so start your dispuits NOW and get your money back!!!!

my account has also been wiped down to 0. My pending wd's cancelled...and six different chargebacks to my account!

I have immediately closed all my bank accounts. And cancelled all my cc's that were in StormPay's database. Not taking any chances here. This is so awful....it should be outlawed!!

We are aware of the Stormpay account chargeback situation and that some 12dp members accounts balances are being debited or zeroed out.



Our attorney has been in talks with StormPay's attorney today. There was some movement towards a possible a solution. But something happened with 12daily Pro member accounts at Stormpay in the meantime. We remain positive.



We are not yet sure what is happening. My attorney is trying to get some answers as I type.



Please be patient and I will share any new information as I have it. Please check the 12dp member news area and/or the forum for updates as we have them.
