My bank told me to close my account and get out of there... Thiers nothing we can do about it.. but if you didn't give them permssion to take money from your account then there is something you can do, however they didn't tell me. As we all know none of us gave them permission to do anything they just up and did it.

I've just removed my credit card information from scampay.

Stormscam just stole $136 from me + the $1944 in upgrades I have in 12dp. Can this be legal? I terminated my account it is not worth the hassle and am in the process of cancelling my credit card and closing my bank account associated with this account. I suggest we all do the same or file a class action lawsuit. What goes around comes around and they will get what they deserve in the end. Karma can be a *****!

Anyone live near Clarksville Tennessee? I'm about ready to drive down there myself. These people are nothing but scumbags. Can we file a police report for theft? It is pure and simple thievery.

Go do it yourself, if you lost a lot a money to Scampay, I see people crying "please somebody do something" how about doing it self, I can see someone being robbed several thousands of USD, how about you all agree on contacting some tv network, CNN, ABC, NBC, that local tv from UTAH, whatever as long as you, (us) do it together, then maybe they start beliveing what we're all saying here on the forums, even better, maybe send them the URL to this forum, or thread, I don't know, something has to be done....ASAP

Curious - are you talking about reversed commissions? I noticed an increase of those in the last month or so, but so far it was not a huge damage. I just hope most of my 6 levels weren't too much into HYIP/AS - otherwise to the commissions over the past two years.

They did a chargeback of my account too, Cancelled my check.

ok. i transferred all the money from the bank account that sp sent me money to other bank account to advioud sp make charge back or whatever.

The charge back amount should cover only profit. Why they charged back all amount..

I've held my tounge for too long now, I've sat back quitely and waited for all the dust to settle but I just checked on my withdraw request and they did the same thing to me! My withdraw request was apprently canceled, my account has been zeroed out and funds were sent to 12 DP under chargeback!!! 12DP still owes me money and now SP has just given them more of my money - this is insane!!!!

I have chargeback both to 12dp and to sites i have never even heard of in my entire life?....wtf is going on? I had money in stormpay that i have not earned in autosurfs, but now all is gone. What should i do? Most of my budget is in stormpay and one other bank(offline), please HELP!!!!

Just thought I'd add mine here. I found the same thing today when I logged in to check things. Granted it was only $18, but it wasn't their money. I sent a ticket 3 days ago asking if I should charge back to my credit card or wait. They have ignored me, then today I find this. So I sent another ticket:

I then sent a request to remove the bank account from my Sp account, and removed the authorization again in that correspondence.

I have several chargebacks also, and am now negative!! They didn't just take any profit that was made but chargebacked the initial investment money too. How can they do that? Any initial investment money was my OWN money. thieves!!

We should have the representative of the users to urgently inform FBI and information collecting center..

Yup. They are just doing random chargebacks to take our money. Just b/c it says that its been given to 12DP or AT, etc, doesn't mean it went there! It went to SP's pockets.

obviously those admins cannt get the money, they all go to stormpay's pocket.
