PLS TEACH ME HOW TO CHARGE BACK FROM SP. I have lost in 2 HYIPs ..and now even worst that SPhave so many problem. i have called my abnk, they will want me to fill in dispute form, so how i going to tell them so that i can get back my money? And it take how many days for u to get ur chargeback?? Pls tell me that: 1. how to fill the dispute form 2. how to tell the bank the story. 3. how to get back my money.
Sorry, no, if you lost you money to HYIPS you are out of luck. You don't have a case. It's different if say 12DP is trying to pay you and SP froze their account.
In your case the HYIP screwed you, in my case SP is screwing me.

i have a bank of america card and also have fraud protection on my card, so if stormpay does take money from that account i can easly get that money back..

How many people do you think are doing chargebacks? When I called my credit card compnay, they responded, "Oh, Stormpay.com, huh?" as if it was the 100th call today.
Is no one worried that Stormpay will come sue our asses for doing chargebacks? What I ment to the poster is that if the HYIP he invested into ran away with his money there is nothing he can do. SP is not at fault. The problem is between him and that HYIP. With BofA I just talked to a rep over the phone, he already knew what was up when I mentioned SP. He basically asked what happened and what I did to contact them. With my Credit Union I was just told to fill out a dispute form. I checked the "FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE/MERCHANT UNWILLING TO PROVIDE SERVICE" boxes and at the end of the form it asks you to provide a detailed discription of the merchants response. I took the opportunity to show SP was a scam. This is what I wrote. Storm Pay is an internet credit card processing/money transfer service. On 1/xx/06 I paid Storm Pay inc, the sum of $xx to enter into my account with them. I have transferred money back and forth between various Storm pay vendors. Since 1/xx/06 Storm Pay has Frozen all merchant accounts for unknown reasons. I am due to receive money since 1/xx/06. Their denial to render services is a breach of contract and in bad faith. I feel I have unknowingly fell into an internet scam. I have tried emailing them and calling them to no avail, their website to up and down through out the day. Storm Pay is located in Clarksville Tennessee. A search of the Tennessee Better Business Bureau finds complaints against them. Here is a quote against them: “Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record ….In the past 36 months, the company has received complaints specifically concerning the company's failure to inform and follow up with its customers when it suspends accounts, failure to release funds in a timely manner and failure to resolve complaints directly with company management.” “YTD 2006, the company has received 8 complaints; In 2005, the company received 49 complaints; In 2004, the company received 6 complaints.” Also more evidence to support a scam “On August 7, 2003, the Tennessee Securities Division of the Department of Commerce & Insurance issued an "Order to Cease and Desist" (file number 03-020) with TymGlobal, Inc., StormPay, Inc. and John R. It really makes me sick. They did tell me to go ahead and type up a dispute and fax it to them along with all the info/emails I've received from the merchants (AT, 12dp, etc...) but not to hold my breath. I have successfully done a CC chargeback through BOFA power rewards visa. I said that the product was not delivered and that was all. I would advise EVRYONE to do chargebacks against stormpay. We all know they are already in bad standing with the BBB and owes money so why not take them down for what they did. Already, there are enough claims to warrant a REAL investigation.

It is crazy. All my earning from HYIP and autosurf is taken back by stormpay. I need to file a chargeback through my credit card company. Please help me to do this urgently.
I request withdrawal since January 28th for all my earning. And when today i checked my stormpay account, my withdrawal request is declined, and i have hundred of chargeback for all earnings i made through HYIP and autosurf. This is crazy and doesnt make sense to me. Here is the screenshot of some chargeback against my earning. There are few hundreds more.
