1.I don't have a utility bill with my name on it - just my wifes name. - I have read something about it in their FAQ but didn't quite understand what it means.
anyone had this prblem - what did you do,
2. I submited a ticket to EMO - where can I see the responed ?

You can select from a gas bill, telephone bill and water bill if I am not mistaken. They need to verify your address using that.

My only question is, once you've submitted the above stated documents and your member account with EMO says "sumbitted", how long does it take to get all this set up on your account? My site has stated "submitted" for over a week now and nothing seems to be happening. Interesting...

I have similar problem. I have only cable bill on my name, but on EMO I don't see "cable bill" as am optio. What do you recomend to me?

That's a good question. Their website states 8-10 days I think, however I've had my stuff submitted for a month now and still not verified. I am not impressed. So what they took on 12DP, they should have anticipated the growth and hired temp help for this. Or if they didn't want to do that a few simple emails would be nice. I have yet to see why everyone loves EMO so much.

If it has your name and address on it then it should be ok.

Hi all
I have a question I live with a family member so I dont have any of the bills in my name, I have credit cards, licence, passport the whole lot except a bill in my name.....any ideas how I get around that?
I submitted a query to them about it two days ago but am yet to receive a response.....

i have the same problem sashieau, but considering my father and i got the same last name, i took one of his bill, duno if it will work
now, considering im french and not english, i dont really understand some things, like "card issuer", when they ask the name, is it my name, or the name of my bank? and the phone number, its the one behind my card?

My understanding is the card issuer is the name of the bank and yeah if they are asking for a phone number in relation to that card it would be the one on the back.....hope thats of some help.

Well I must say, I am very unsatisfied with EMO as of yet, even with the 12dp new member flood while hiring new support stuff, they really should not be so horribly unresponsive. My verification took 18 (!!!) days!!! And now still a mistake. Even though it says my bank account has been approved and I can now add my bank account, the page addd bank says "you do not have permission" bla bla. I submitted 3 support emails on this and no answer at all. I even told them, if they do not care and fix this, I am unable to use them. But it looks like their customers are just unimportant to them. How can a merchant recommend EMo and use it as mecrnat account, if members have to wait centuries until finally they get verified and WITHOUT errors, thats not workable at all.

Here's my problem,
I have all the required info. I've never changed my driver's license over from my old address.
I have current utility bills I have bank statements I have a signed contract I have a current driver's license with my old address.
Do you guys think it will be a problem? I have no passport or id card.

You need to ask EMO this question, as they are the ones who write the rule books and make the policies. I'm guessing that you *will* need some kind of ID document though.

I have given them all the info they need and it states that my cc has been verified. But under related accounts my cc still states "pending approval". Four e-mails to them with no response to any of them. Phone calls just kick me back to the main answering machine. In this day and age nothing should take 8 to 10 business days. EMO's customer service sucks.

same here, that time can not transfer my money to any where, nothing response from EMO i HATE waiting

I used almost the same documents as yours and I ve been verified after 2 days (and I don t think that your adress would be a problem for them )

my basic verification has just approved by EMO admin,is that mean my account already verified for the basic?
