Pls I want to know how long it really takes to be verified
by EMO after submitting the required documents.

I uploaded my documents over 2 weeks ago and they
don't even seem to have attended to it at all. No verification
and no comment whatsoever.

I'm really getting apprehensive bcos I opened this EMO acct
simply because of 12dp and it looks like I am going to lose
the money altogether since EMO seems not to be ready to
attend to me.

Secondly, they claim you can send emo to another emo acct
(less than 1,000) from an unverified acct but when you click
on send emo, you are told that you do not have access to the
page.

Pls what is really happening? EMO should come out straight.

I opened an EMO account a few months ago before if was used by DP, and the verification process took approx 12 working days at that time. I think you should not worry about your pending process, they just might be overbooked by the number of requests they received lately...

Been 4 weeks here. I'm not impressed. I have contacted them, but no response. So far I think EMO sux. They obviously can't live up to their terms on their site, how do I know my money is safe with them. May just be another ScamPay.

Less than 24HRS for me.

By opening my Emo account I can read "Credit card International approved" in the verification status.
I tried to fund my account with my CC, but realised that the card need to be approved too.
Does anyone knows how much time do I need to wait ?

I have been waiting 4 frickin days so far for my credit card to be approved. I called them yesterday and the day before. Both times I got the same lame answer. "It will be approved by the end of the day". The end of the day comes and just as I suspected.......nothing. I also deposited cash 2 days ago directly into their bank account and that still hasnt been approved either. What a Crock of s***. I am losing a lot of money waiting on their irresponsible a** to do their job.

I signed up a couple of weeks ago on the back of the 12dp recommendation but stupidly
waited to send in my verification documents because I thought every other 12dp member
would be doing the same thing at the same time plus I was using Scampay at the time
anyway.

This past weekend I scanned the documents and sent then through. On Monday I could
not log in, nor use the password recovery feature, so I sent an email and spent most of the
day repeatedly calling them on the phone and holding on listening to the pre-recorded
message saying all their operatives were busy. I live in the UK.

On Tuesday after calling several times and still not speaking to a human being I successfully
logged in to find that my documents had been verified. I might have been pleased if I had
not spent the best part of 2 days trying to raise someone on the phone.

Now I find that yet again I cannot log into my account and I still have not received a response
to my email. I appreciate that they must be very busy right now but to have no response
to either phone calls or email is a huge cause for concern to me.

Previous to this I have heard nothing but good things about their customer support system
and now I read in this forum that you need to get your CC verified separately as well?

I am seriously not impressed.

I got verified in less than 24hrs but yeah have to wait for my credit card to be approved now......hopefully won't take to long

From start to finish, having everything verified(cc) it took me 6 days. Woke up this morning and was finally able to add money to my account with my cc. Took another 5 minutes and I had egold in my account.

it is taking days to approve my e-bullion /egold /credit card accounts here at EMO,dont know how long?

for those that have been verified by EMO,i just wanna need confirmation here.Is that mean once the admin EMO said approved,thats mean verified????

VERIFIED is very fast I got verified in less than 48hr but still waiting for CC approval submit CC at 3 feb 2006 but till now still "pending approval", how long it take to approval CC? anyone have experiant with this one??

Well, in my case, I sent my documents over 2 weeks ago and my request for a "Basic" account is still in a "Ready for Processing" state... This is taking a lot of time. I have sent a couple of tickets with no reply yet.

Wow, thats a long time. I sent in my documents 2 days ago and thought I would be verified right away, but obviously, not.
I want to invest money in a new program, but it will probably close down before I even get verified. lol

haha! I've had 3 programmes close whilst I've been waiting.....

Verified in less then a day, infact a few hours!!! but CC approval seems to take forever!!! Arghhh!!!

Have been waiting for almost a week here, no reply no nothing.

I'm still waiting over 2 weeks for emo.

I haven't started my verifications yet. I was getting ready to, but if they are this swamped, maybe I should wait. It's going to stop me from getting in on a few programs though.

I am trying to find the best solution to fund e-gold myself, and EMO is the way I am leaning. However, after reading these posts, I'm not so sure anymore. I think an Admin of EMO should do some explaining, as they might lose potential business. I have developed a very nice portfolio, been following the scene and reading posts for the past 2 months, and am ready to invest.....I got a checking account just for this reason, hope they get their **** together!
