I am curious with regards to how on goes about becoming an LDXMerchant and whether there are any requirments or parameters which have to be met in order to qualify for reaching such a status. I am aware they are designated to work solely with Bank OutXchanges from a brick and mortar office but would being an LDXMerchant be more lucrative then being a normal DXMerchant and how are they to be incorporated into the DXSystem once fully launched?

Thank you for your interest and general inquiries in regards to the DXCafe/LDX project. With so much background work being complete thus far, we will endeavor to keep in contact with you, updating you when possible on this important phase for DXInOne. Below we have provided a summary outlining our aim and the progress of this exciting project.

Many questions have been related to the combination of the LDXMerchant and the DXCafes. It is true that we could install the LDXMerchants into global hotel chains, network businesses or single business. However we have chosen to commence this new phase into specially designed DXCafes that will offer a completely unique package exclusive to DXInOne.

We are excited with the spread of global locations suggested by many who have indicated their interest in their area of the world. On completion of the Head DXCafe in Vanuatu the next stage will be to review locations in other areas around the world. Our DXDevelopment Team is working towards this next very important phase.

We are currently working on several items that will help us present these establishments around the world, as taking short cuts will not be an option for us. The first task is to set a criterion, which the location of our DXCafes will be based. It is ideal that we use high traffic locations; airports, transportation terminals, accommodation, shopping centers or malls are all prime locations for us.

Size of the DXCafes is also important; our designers have been working on several different concepts based on floor size. Whether as a full build or a new fit out, a set criteria needs to be set. There is also nothing limiting us from having several DXCafes in the one city, each DXCafe may have a set coverage in regards to population, cliental and security.

The DXDevelopment Team are happy to take the DXCafe concept to anywhere in the world, however to do so, we require input and research from yourself, helping us with meeting the criteria once finalized. We don’t have the local knowledge as you do, and after all we are investing in each other.

We are excited that you are interested in the idea of the DXCafe combining the LDXMerchant and are equally keen to play a key role in helping the concept come to life. We are looking to establish our first DXCafes outside of Vanuatu during the months of April and May 2006 and are currently on track to achieve this goal.

With the above in mind we have already designed and commenced manufacture on the fit out and top of the range computer components and technology for our DXCafes.

License agreements are also being finalized for the LDX/DXCafes, these will be available, suitable for various country requirements. The license agreements will ensure that the operation is run according to the needs and requirements of DXInOne and its Users. The purchase figure of a license for an LDX/DXCafe is yet to be finalized and will only be available upon request.
