I'm waiting from Aug 10 2 withdrawals, now I see in my STP account that the withdrawals status is "Done" but I didn't received nothing on my credit card!!
This is a fraud, I sent an email to the STP support, now I'm waiting.
What can I do?

Give it a few more days. I've had some take over a week. If nothing than send an email to payments@solidtrustpay.com

I got the money, everything is OK!

I have had this happen as well, for instance when it's done on a Friday and then not receiving it in my bank till Tuesday because of my bank not crediting it until then.
Also happened to me using Payza, so nothing unusual about it
