I have a problem with my account that I will like some help with please.
I cannot get any help from the knowledge base as the answer to my
question isn`t there.The problem is, I deposited the exact amount of
$145.00 for a business package not knowing after the fee was taken
I was left with $138.10. Not enough to pay for a package, while I was
about to deposit more funds to make up the balance, my funds in my
dashboard disappeared from sight. On the 20/07/12 I sent a tickets to
helpdesk asking about this, but got no response until now and not a
satisfactory response at that, but they did give my a hint:"So you can
either fund your eWallet again, or Purchase a Package lower". I want
to purchase a package at the lower price but with $138.10 I can pay
for one or two packages at $55.00, how do I do this? Can someone
help me with this please?
