hi guys m a newbie online

i joined this wirlwind and money on my account finished on the 14 July i put money on the 15 July but realized it was inactive and i thought they saw i put money so they will make it active. i come two days later 17 July and its still saying inactive then i thought repurchase will fix it. does anyone know how to help me. i dont even know how this thing works????
