There are two choices of Investment Plans:

SILVER - Daily interest of 1.7% on $500 to $4,999.99 deposits, for 120 days term.

2. Bond Market Fund (BMF) Weekly Plans:
BRONZE - Weekly interest of 7.5% on $10 to $499.99 deposits, for 30 weeks term.
SILVER - Weekly interest of 9% on $500 to $4,999.99 deposits, for 30 weeks term.
GOLD - Weekly interest of 10.5% on $5,000 to $49,999.99 deposits, for 30 weeks term.

Note: Principal is returned at the end of the term for both of the offered investment plans

Payment Processors:

Program is accepting deposits via LibertyReserve and PayPal as of the program start time (July 16th, 2012)

Affiliate Program:

- New affiliates will receive 4% for every deposit made by the invited customers.
- Once over 16, but less than 30 new depositing customers are invited, commissions for every new deposit will increase to 5%.
- For 31 to 45 new depositing customers, commission will increase to 6%.
- For 46 and more active new depositing customers commission will reach its maximum potential of 7% per deposit.

I would like VERY much to invest on a real company owned hyip, but the problem is that i do not understand very much about laws, neither i do speak English enough to understand some of the things that are talken about.

Nevertheless, i would like to use your site, but i am not completly convinced that you are saying the complete truth...

Also claim to be a "private investment fund company"...
Well, the problem is that your register, is for a corporation of a "general" entity type, and the definition for "general" entity type is the following: A - General - Type General refers to a legal entity with no special attributes such as non profit or religious.
Therefor, you can not make any income for your "associates", or you would be incurring in a ilegality.

Also, there is another problem...
If i want to choose a real company, take it's data, like it's register number, and open a site claiming to be owned by that company, people only would have the oportunity of checking that, if my domain wasn't protected in order to people compare and check. And that would not be proof of nothing, but would be one more indicator... But you have your whois information protected... That does not look a proper action for a company that has nothing to hide...

If you want to be on market (or at least convince us of that), why have you (a company that is used to use math on daily base, so knows how to make math to see what is cheaper in a long term) only bought domain, host, ssl, for just one year??? Don't you plan to stay on market for more than that time??? I know that it could be extended, as well as long term boughts don't guarantee anything, but it is one more sign of the intentions of the company, as well as their financial "power"....

Please enlighten me (and everybody else) so i feel safe to invest.

Yes, Group Capitaliva Inc. is registered and regulated under the state of Delaware. As for it being titled as "General" it's nothing to worry about. You can go ahead and do a search on other companies located there. Most of them are labeled as "General".

As for us being an investment company, the answer is NO. Matter of fact, there's no High Yield Investment Program that can say it's an investment program. We said we're a private investment company and there's a big difference between a public and a private one. We do NOT solicit people to invest. We do not pay advertising fees to monitor our business with third parties just because we want to attract investors. Matter of fact we only support around 100 active investors. When that limit is reached, we will close out registrations. What I mean by active investor, is someone who made a fair amount of deposit.



That's not a problem at all. We've only hidden that to avoid unwanted spam emails and that's very obvious. WHOIS, whether that information is protected or not, it doesn't really matter because you can easily fake it and if we had that intention to do so, we would have published fake information.



Why would we extend the domain to more than 1 year? You've probably noticed that most of those that usually do so are usually those who close within a few months. Extending the ssl and domain is not a guarantee that a program will remain online for that time frame.

Last but not least, I just wanted to tell you that unlike most people who claim to be forex traders, I personally am a Binary Option trader and I know how it works. The only reason why I decided to open this website is because I felt I could easily increase my capital. I don't see why I would close out and run away when I'm profiting.

You only have add 2 things:
1) diference between a private or public company.
You are registered as private (you say it, because there isn't any reference to it on register avaible). So, as private, you can advertise it, but the fact that you didn't only make us think that your financial situation isn't the best (same as domain, host, ssl)
2) you just coment that you do "not solicit people to invest"... hehehe
Well, that is just the same as thieves don't ask victims to let the doors opened.... Without any kind of second intentions, this is just a statement / analogy.
But even that is not completly true, because you are on foruns advertising your company. If you did want to keep it quiet (not understandable for some "company" that made investment not to try to monetize it to the most) you would contact people by email.
Besides, in your own words "I felt I could easily increase my capital", so i DO NOT UNDERSTAND your 100 investors limit (for me there is not any limit, and you will / should take as many investors as you can)

Our script is fully custom script. Would you mind telling me how many programs out there are using their own custom script? Practically none. You also said host. Can you please clarify that?

As for not soliciting investors, yes we are not doing so and we will never do it until we get a business license.
I'm not on forums to advertise my company. It's people like you who opened this thread. I only created an account after one of our clients redirected me over here because of a blackmailer. We can't force people to not comment on our business. It's considered as an HYIP because we do NOT have any business license to manage peoples money.

We're accepting PayPal. If our goal was to quick scam like you were referring earlier, there's no way we would put to risk our account.
