Hi,

Will my topic/thread be deleted, if i make a topic/thread about the program, which was already created and its in closed/inactive section?

Today i created a topic and it was deleted as there is another topic already available. but, When I did a search the topic was last discussed on march 2012 and its in closed/inactive section. Can I open the same topic again?
