Hello, can someone can help me? I'm new in moneybookers. Friend sent me money there. I wan't to withdraw it. But i can't. Why? 2 images. Why can't i click the second circle?

I really don't know why or what to do . My advice is to sent a ticket to their support.
I have to say that I am really positive about Moneybookers. Their response
is always really fast and polite. I'm from the Netherlands and it can be easily fund
with iDeal (dutch payporcessor) real time. Way better than Paypal. It took me 2 month to recover €150 euro just by trying to get a response. At the end it was solved but a really frustrating company.

Just got an e-mail, I'm receiving now the Moneybookers debet card within 10 days

I had the similar experience my debit card was vcc and they were keep showing message incorrect. So, what I did to send a ticket moneybookers support and they did this verification by themselves. However when I did this verification, I always put the right amount transaction from my credit card transaction details. But didn't know why they didn't verify the debit card.

So, the only thing that worked for me in verifying debit card is verification by moneybookers staff by filing a ticket.

i always gets replies within 2 days , it is not that fast
