Was trying to exchange money in AP. Once I got to the the confirmation screen in STP, I get this message:

We are sorry, we do not allow accounts from the US to complete transactions to Exchangers

So I have to figure out how to fund AP if I can't use E-xchangers.

I tried to exchange some STP for LR and I got the same message from STP.

I was going to fund LR using STP and an exchanger but STP doesn't allow US banks to make ACH deposits and I tried to use my debit card to deposit and that was declined. I called my bank and they didn't even show where the transaction had attempted to go through. So, basically we're screwed.

I'm trying to fund LR and I guess there's no way to do anything now if you're from the US.

I am also having trouble, since I am also from the USA.

I never knew that US residents had so many restrictions on exchangers for Liberty Reserve and other e-currencies.

It is a bit of a hassle, but I am trying to find an exchanger that is US-based and/or allows US customers to get other e-currencies. I got really frustrated yesterday...

It is not exchanger. It is Liberty Reserve that now does not accepts USA clients.

xchanger.org no longer exchange payza. stp lets you withdraw by a check but it takes too long to get paid. stp lets you draw to credit card but not debit card. i have $900 in stp just sitting there. it sucks. i have to find friends so i can get my stp into my payza or paypal.
