You can't. Then again nothing proves it to be a hoax. And frankly, the system is actually so simple yet smart, that I would say they're too smart to scam people. A profit on any downloads would just increase with a good reputation. I wouldn't personally join it, but that's because I never have luck in drawing anyway.
