You know... DVDs' are getting to be ancient history .. Streaming online movies is the future. Will they provide Streaming online flicks ? If so , I ll definitely sign up

Good question.....If they want to be a major competitor, I think they would have to.

Not sure, how streaming works in other countries. I believe it depends on whether unlimited bandwidth access is offered. Alot of these IP companies have switched to a consumption-based model.. An online movie uses 2GB. This can add up if your not careful, and can incur additional costs. I want to stay within that monthly usage to avoid extra charges of $4.00/GB. I know to 'download' a movie to my hard-drive, it takes around 500MB (low quality) to 2GB (high quality) for a movie around an hour to two hours long.

Sounds like a good deal, unlimited movies for $25 is really attractive.

The whois registrant information is different for both those sites. But, maybe you can get more information by sending in a support ticket, or listening in on the conference calls.

I am planning on trying out the service, than I'll start some major promoting if all goes well. I think it's an easy sell. Especially with the amount cable companies are charging now for all those movie channels, that half the time you can't find a good movie on.. or you've seen it about 100 times before..Plus, it's a lot cheaper than renting a movie...sheesh. Not to mention the late fees I always get hit with, cause I forget to bring it back on time...lol
Wish they had "video game rentals" also... now that would be a killer marketing strategy, and would blow away the competition.

I hear you about what the cable companies offer in terms of movie channels...at least mine anyway. However I remember a company that used to do this with VHS tapes and music tapes, and their lineup wasn't really up to date. Never have used Netflix, so I'm interested to know how comprehensive the movie selection is with this site, because of course that is the key.

I do.
Its terrible and there is absolutely NO customer service.
I rarely use my home phone so I'm keeping it because of the savings.
Static, echoes, delays... hope these problems don't effect the movies ?

I'll be watching to see if folks are really happy with the product but I guess
if you are able to watch at least 5 movies a year, it will be worth it. I

I got more details on Dr Jack Johnson that I would like to share with you today. I kept asking for more info on how Dr jack was involved with Magic Jack then I got the call from Dr Arline (upline 3 up) She informed me that she has been friends with Dr Jack for 20 years and He is a Medical Surgeon. What really happened back in 1994. He did invent the Magic Jack (was not called that at that time) He shared the info and how it worked with a very good friend of his. His friend actually said This is Magic Jack (speaking Dr Jack) at the time. His friend took the information and went and marketed the unit calling it magic Jack...stole the idea and concept right from under his thumbs. Now Dr jack went on and found a way to sell flat rate cellphone for $79.95 (VOIP) in the late 1990's. he later sold his patent to Nextell for some really good pocket change. Now to present he invents (or figures out) how to send Movies at a flat rate of $25 a year and still make a profit. Here is where we are right now folks. He is smarter and wiser. he has already signed several contracts that ensure Flixsnow will receive all new releases before the competitors and he is now working with a big customer base company (still a secret) to join forces with Flixsnow and intergrate their customers into our already started affiliate matrix.

That's true. I'll be on the call tonight. Interesting update. It's interesting that a brand new company that may not be a registered corporation in CA yet (just checked the name but they may be incorporated elsewhere?) can pull off something potentially huge and have such a bad website.

A couple thousand bucks one can hire a group of webdesigners overseas and get an amazing looking fully functional website.

Seeing some issues...but liking what I see otherwise ... still trying to grasp it all...but I do see huge potential!!

Yeah, the potential is huge no doubt. Got on the webinar and there were some people that were very annoying asking questions about the company. Would;ve been better to ask the questions without a negative or accusatory tone.

What did they say? Do they plan to follow the tax codes or just run a muck? Why the increase in price so soon? I thought they where not going to do a netflix on us. Also I wonder when they plan to sell the business to a new owner for a nice profit..Then what. I don't trust them, whoever them is.

Price increase? I guess I missed that. They said Netflix had approached them because they liked Flixsnow's business model. They mentioned the "bluebox"....like a RedBox kiosk machine.

A couple people asked why there was no "About us" on the website because people wanted to know who they were. "Jack" kind of talked round the question but when a couple others asked again he said they were going to update the site soon and said the parent company was Plateau Corporation in Newport Beach, CA. Another name that came up was Plateau Entertainment so who knows.

How can they even afford the postage for only $25 a year? A member orders and returns just 1 movie a week would be postage 104 times.

It takes 6 people to get your $25 paid is all I could find about compensation. I might have missed it but is there a page that explains the comp plan?

FlixsNow is a "start up" company. Yes, it seems to be legit. The FlixsNow website will improve as the subscriber base gets larger.

It's up to us as the affiliates to create the subscribers. Subscribers = revenue. Revenue will bring a new level of professionalism to the program.

$25 a year is a small "risk" if you want to call it that, to be at the beginning of a great idea.

I agree about the spelling errors... I don't like them either. However, I know lots of brilliant people who can't spell. That will get cleaned up eventually but I hope sooner rather than later.

All in all, a great program!

Cant wait for the movies to start going out!! Hoping to see some great new releases...never have time to go to the movies anymore...this is way cheaper...the gas money alone I am saving...

Movies will ship after March 1, 2012. Make sure you place the movie in your queue and when you return one, the next one in your queue will be shipped to you.
