Huhhh... Just finished reading the whole thread. Really long read. Got some answers to my questions.
Still don't really know the average spend a customer makes in a month.
I didn't find many posts about the shopping daisy, and how profitable it is. Come on guys! This is Christmas season. If it works it should work now really well! Can I see from the admin who, and how many of my visitors, customers downloaded it?
I want to congratulate those who built a huge downline and became good leaders. I saw people who reported 9000+ downlines. Nice.
Best Wishes, Allanon
I do know people who have customers that actually buy retail bids, but I have never had a Zeekler customer (I have 64 of them) buy bids after using the free sample bids that I give them. It would be great, since we get 20% commission. But my main income is from commissions from my downlines VIP Bid purchases and subscription renewals and my own VIP bid purchases. I sometimes post ads for the Shopping Daisy as an alternative to the Zeekler ads, to qualify for the retail profit pool, but it is my impression is that not many people are very active with that Daisy application. (I could be wrong, tho) The commissions you might earn if someone purchases an item that they located from your Daisy affil site are paid by the company that sells the item, and not be Zeek. In fact, they wouldn't even know that you had been paid a commission. At any rate, Zeek pays me handsomely, like clockwork, week after week. But unless you can afford to buy a large amount of VIP bids at the start, it builds slowly. I started in early April with a couple of hundred in VIP bids (as a Silver). I am now a Gold, pay my $50 membership from matrix earnings and withdraw minimum of $150 per week, and my account, now at 5600, still grows daily. I am a happy Zeeker! Hope that helps!

Although there is an "average" I'm sure, it probably varies so widely from customer to customer I'm not sure that it would be statistically applicable to most of us here. A statistic I would be more interested in is the percentage of customers that come back to actually purchase more bids.

Yes Julie, this has been my exact experience also. That's why I recommend to my downline to post the Zeekler ad that we are required to post to be eligible to receive the daily RPP Award and any other recruting effort be spent towards gaining ZR affiliates. I find that offering 500 bids as a Diamond is enough incentive to give away a great deal of the bids I need to give away and where I fall short, the 5cc is there to pick up the shortfall, and at the same time I have a potential affiliate.

Well that depends on the sample size. In other words, how many customers do You have, to get the results.
Of course I know that the behavior of a customer can vary depending on the lead source, demographics, etc.
I am just curious and it is always interesting to get an estimate about how a business is doing.
Those with bigger, 1000+ customer bases would be able to make a fairly accurate assumption.
Of course everyone like free bids, but the company makes its profit if someone actually buys bids. That is the core of Zeekler business. Of course there are the affiliate fees etc. but Zeek Rewards couldn't exist without Zeekler. And what else can show better how Zeekler is doing than the amount of bids customers buy. That is why I would hear some more opinions about this.
Again! I am not saying anything bad about Zeekler or Zeek Rewards. I am just here to get all the info that I can to make a good, longterm business decision.

I have a correction regarding the above statement: "The initial 10 bids can be purchased via external funds or internal funds, if he has any."
I just logged into my ZR back office and the saw the following message when you click on either the "Commissions/Cash-Out Report" or "Available Cash" links.
To buy VIP Bids with unpaid commissions Click Here. To buy VIP Bids with Available Cash Click Here.
(Please note: If you are purchasing your first 10 (or more) qualifying bids you must do so through the "Buy Sample VIP Bids" link on the homepage of your back office for it to qualify you as a Preferred Customer. Purchasing VIP sample bids through this link will NOT count as a qualifying purchase.)
This must have been a recent change in policy. Going forward, your first initial 10 VIP sample bids purchase must be from external funds.
I apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Neena
Hi all,
Sorry for the back-and-forth, but I have to set the record straight. Dawn just stated on today's call that my original statement is correct: The initial 10 bids can be purchased via external funds or internal funds.
Here's the long explanation: The initial 10 (or more) Zeek Sample Bids (FYI: "VIP Sample Bids" renamed to "Zeek Sample Bids") can be purchased from either external funds (AlertPay, SolidTrustPay, bank wire, money order/cashier’s check, faxed check) or internal funds (matrix commissions or cash available) and must be purchased in one shot (not 5 bids here & 5 bids there). You must do so through the "Buy Zeek Sample Bids" link on the homepage of your back office for it to qualify you as a Preferred Customer. Purchasing Zeek Sample Bids through the “Cash Available” link or the “Commissions/Cash-Out Report” link will NOT count as a qualifying purchase.
I really hope this issue is crystal clear now. Again, apologies for the confusion.

Yeah, exactly. That's why I said that. Most of us don't have that big of customer base. To answer your question in a general sense, my experience of RETAIL customers coming back to buy more bids hasn't been that great...Just like Julia's experience above. But again, statistically, my 70 or so retail customers isn't a very large sample.

Don't forget when us affiliates purchase bids to give away Zeekler makes a profit just the same. However, I see your point we want customers to purchase bids too. And I know that is happening, look at Zeekler's Alexa sats...their growth is VERY impressive. I'm sure the customer to affiliate ratio is very high. Most of the people that are purchasing bids don't even know that there's a business opportunity associated with it.

Thanks for that detailed info as well. Even though having a lot of affiliates is very good but sometimes when youre at the beginner level like myself its hard to convince new people to join even under the free option. but when i see numbers like yours it motivates me stay to devoted and keep posting my one ad. because its not "if imma make that level" its "when imma make that level" Then i can go to those some people and say "I told you so" hehehe...In the next few months i will have the funds to buy at least 5,000 VIP to give away...thats should give me a nice jump start towards my goal of 10,000. I can tell you are a numbers man... I fall short in that area ;( To answer that is a bit difficult. Over 50% of my RETAIL customers probably haven't a clue that ZR even exists and I have no way of contacting them because ZR doesn't give us their contact info. However, since I've started using a 3rd party website, YouGetPaidToAdvertise dot com, this has changed some as there is an optin process that captures the prospect's contact info and even follows up with scheduled autoresponder emails...works pretty well. Have gotten a few affiliates through this. I can't give you figures as I haven't taken the time to study it...probably would be relevant data to have though.

I thought this would be interesting for us...
In the latest leadership call posted on the ZR back office, Paul Burks co-hosts the conference call with Dawn. He starts out talking about the evolution of Zeekler and a little the current status of Zeekler and makes some interesting remarks about how Z currently stands in the Penny Auction area in terms of comparison to the competition and overall growth. I find it interesting that he really doesn't look at his company as "starting" with Zeekler, but looks at it as an adaptation that the company as a whole has made to a current trend and that they are always looking to various trends to apply this same business model (which he calls "Exact Method Marketing") to. In other words, I came out of this with the impression that this opportunity that we have found won't end when the penny auction trend ends (if it ends), but will be ongoing and applied to whatever trend that develops in the future...and us affiliates will be welcome to come along for the ride...does anyone find this interesting or is it just me?
Hey Shelterman, Yes that is interesting and good to hear that Paul has that outlook. In today"s fast changing world you have to be able to adapt quickly to changes or get left behind by those that do.Hopefully we will still have some "shelf life" left for the penny auctions

Hey to anyone who may know the answer to this. I have been doing zeek for months now and I just upgrade to Gold by using commisions that were set aside for it. However, I see it had been taken out from my earnings on my report but I don't see the VIP balance go up. Is this because it is an upgrade? I thought when you are paying for a subscription (whether it is an upgrade or not), I thought they are always VIP Bids that get added to the balance to earn points?
I am confused. Anyone experience this when they upgraded?

You only get the extra bonus points when you upgrade the first day you sign up to ZR. I would recommend you upgrade to Silver and use the extra $40 to buy VIP bids. I believe you can get affiliate services to help you.

Hi tibetan113,
If you want to withdraw everything in your account, you must set your repurchase preference to 0%. It will take 90 days from that date to get all your earnings out. Each day for 90 days, 100% of your earnings will go to "Cash Available" and accumulate there until your VIP Points Balance reduces to zero.
There is no penalty. It does not mean you have to close your account. However you'd be paying for your monthly subscription with no points to earn on.
FYI: There is not an option to just "cash out" your VIP Points Balance in one day.
Hope this helps!

Good you took those off public view. You might want to use about 1.5% as the daily average, it's more realistic unless you have referrals.
I have 51 personal upgraded referrals and 100 second level upgraded referrals. I average 1.94% a day because of the additional monies coming from my teams profit share, subscriptions and VIP bid purchases.
Even after subtracting my daily expiring points, I average 1.58%. So I'm pacing 1 million+ VIP points in 2012 even after paying myself 15% a week.
By-the way, 1 million VIP at 1.94% is Six Figures (20%) a month withdrawal.
I spent over $1,000 on personal referrals and it was worth every penny! Referrals will change your life quickly.

1 mil VIP thats impressive....Motivation for me. im goin for 5,000VIP 100% repurchase till i hit 50,000

if you did not earn any vip points, then you probably forgot to register your ad in your back office. It doesn't matter where you place your ad or banner, as long as you register it.

Thank you Greg. I registered them all. I'll contact support now.

Hey guys!!!
I've noticed in my back office on the main page... that the "Requests for Information" section where you can view the information requests that we get through our zeek rewards information request form referral page, is now blank since the upgrade. I haven't been able to find anything about this on this forum.
When I click on it, it takes me to the correct page, but I get this error... (An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.) and all my previous information requests are gone.
I'm hoping this function is still working, but I don't want to send in a ticket unless I'm the only one, which I doubt. Is anybody else getting this? If so... I'm sure they are already aware. If not, then I gotta send in a ticket.

Hi gifttiger,
Same error here. I'm sure it's a system-wide issue. I would give them a few days to sort it out before sending in a ticket.

Where can we look in the back office to see the date we supposed to receive our withdrawl?
Thanks...
