It could be they are trying to head off trouble because of the dos attack that they went under.
What usually happens when a site get hit with an attack,big invested,members freak out and will jump ship
by withdrawing all they can and not reinvest.Limiting withdraws will not drain reserves.

Well, the site was the victim of hacking attempts, and it seems like they may have that problem fixed. As a consequence they have placed daily withdrawal limits in place. I managed to make another request, and will report when paid.

If you pay 20$ for upgrade, your expired position will go in to your matrix,...if not, you just earn 150 % and thats all..
But I think that it is too late for positions that have already expired...

Hi webster. When you say you have two matrices I'm assuming that you mean you have two people in your builder matrix so far. If that is the case, you will need 4 more people in order to complete that builder matrix. In order to earn off of a completed matrix, you have to be upgraded, and the cost is $20. I'm not sure off hand if you needed to upgrade from the beginning or if you could do that now. I'm going out now, but if I get home early enough I'll see if I can find something about that on the site, although I don't recall finding anything about that when I looked the first time.

I seem to remember that you had to pay the $20 Upgrade (one time)
BEFORE you bought any positions for them to be counted towards the matrix.

It is entirely possible that I paid the $20 for the upgrade from day 1. It shows a manual payment of $20. I have 3 matrices. One only needs 1 more position for me to cycle. Maybe it's all good.
