Tis working fine and they is updates on there site. Hope this is not gone just yet as first signs of a site going tend to be false claims of hacker problems.

Yes but I got the e-mail. It's crap. I don't have a static IP address. All the details were already filled in. This is just another stalling tactic. Still haven't been paid. 10 days! He says he'll fix everything by the end of the day. We will see.

That's quite strange indeed. Especially since it's only 20 bucks. They're making some rather large payments every single day here.
As for the pin, I didn't click that security box, so am able to log in as usual.

I don't believe this is a stalling tactic at all. (Again..a whole bunch of payments went out today, just like every day)
I know for a fact that there is at least one particular admin that doesn't want to see this site move forward,
and I would be inclined to believe its his doing.

Anyhow, hopefully they get this sorted out....this has been my best earner of 2012, and I'd like it to continue, so here's

I have sent another ticket suggesting that he cancel my witdrawal from the 17th and I'll put the $20 into new positions. I am having trouble getting in now. I get the e-mail with the PIN which is already in but then it tells me that it is wrong. When I finally get in I will untick that security thing as well.

I agreed with some of the moves. Some of the sites with matrices stayed in MLM. This has a matrix and should be in the same category as those that remained in MLM IMHO.

I did put a check on the secure mode, maybe that's the reason why I am having this login problem due to ip protection. The admin replied to my email telling me to try to log-in again. I tried but getting the same problem. I emailed him again. I hope he will reply again with a solution.

I have asked him to cancel my $20 w/d from March 17 and give me 2 units. That hasn't happened either.
You can tell your referrals that everything is OK. Someone couldn't login because of that stupid PIN. I hope he/she can now. And we struggle on.

Yup! everythings in order now. I can now log-in! Yehey!! There are some improvements on the cash history details/info. Seems like adc admin is seriously working for this site's longevity

I am really pleased that your problem is solved. It can be frustrating. I hope to have my problem solved soon. I am actually thinking of forgetting about the $20 and moving on. It's not worth the angst.

Mine, too! It keeps working for me, but I hope those with issues get straightened out soon.

I noticed that the admin message on log in changed a bit today. Now they are suggesting using gmail with verification...

We would like to let you know about some update that we've done on the system. This maybe inconvenient for some member, But we need to secure the system to protect both members and our site.

Please Follow this simple steps to protect your account.
1. Set up Transaction Pin. (This will be used everytime you change anything on your account ex. Password and withdrwal Request)
2. Make sure your payment processor Email/Account are correct.
3. This is not Mandatory but we Recommend everyone to use Gmail Account and turn on 2-step verification.

For some problem that is still unsolve yet. We will do our best to clear it all, again we apologize for any inconvenient and thank you for your patient. Everything will be back to normal after were done optimizing the database

Your account is probably not deleted. I thought the same, so I hit the button for forgot my password. Both my user name and password had been changed. I logged in and my payment processor was correct, though.

I don't know what to do or think? Anyone else have this happen?

Sounds to me they had some database problems and still trying to figure out what happend and how to sort it. At least admin trying to keep us in the loop and seems to be able to implement features to make it more secure.

Looks like everybody got new username = mycycler!

I just tried to login and had to use "lost password" link.
Found out that my username has been changed to mycycler and I can't change it back to what it was. I changed the password, just in case...
The rest of the account seems unaffected though.

Your referral link ends in a number, not a name.

Everyone has the same username now.
Just request your password and then log in and change it.
That's what I did and it's all working fine

I recovered my account.... mycycler is scrolling across the payout ticker a bunch of times. I dont see where we can change our usernames back but i did get my password changed.

There is no webster in our database.
It's going from bad to worse.

Having trouble too. Good think I made a withdrawal.

Just say you forgot your password. Use that to get into your account. It worked for me.
Dont pay attention if you get a new username. Just set a pin and make a new password once you are inside.

I have the same issues. I did as suggested earlier in the thread, and clicked on the "forgot password" link. My new log in credentials were emailed to me.
