UltraXProject Reset - Update #3 - Theres light at the end of the tunnel.
Hello there Folks.

My apologies for not getting this out earlier, but honestly the last four weeks have been an absolute nightmare, and only now are we returning to some semblance of normality.

However, there is light at the end of the tunnel as the saying goes.

Just last night we finished the conversion of shares to cyclers, some 145000 in total, and this took a week longer than expected as it really did not go as smoothly as we would have liked.

There are a few shares left that snuck in after we began the conversion, but for practicality sake, the conversion is done.

We resumed paying out withdrawal requests a few days ago once we were certain that the conversion was good and there would be no need for a rollback and we should now be back to our normal timeframes for processing withdrawals of within 24 hours, excepting for AlertPay which is temporarily suspended.

Our AlertPay balance is near zero, thanks to a small number of members who have disputed transactions as well as there being a continuous outflow as more members have been paying in with STP and Liberty Reserve than those paying with AP, yet most have concentrated on drawing out through AP.

AlertPay payments will resume soon once we have had a chance to exchange funds from STP and LR, and have a system in place to balance cashouts but until then I would suggest that members use STP or Liberty Reserve for cashouts.

Otherwise here is a quick rundown of where we stand.

The Daily Dividend Shares section is currently suspended and will remain so until we have completed the upgrade to the compensation plan.

Completed today was the upgrade of the cyclers, which now pay out the 20% Activity Bonus which was previously only paid out by the Daily Dividend Shares.

Withdrawals are now subject to a 60/40 split, with 40% of the withdrawal being rerouted back to your Repurchase balance. This is a temporary facility to ensure the system keeps turning as we get back on our feet. You can now use your repurchase balance to pay for new cyclers, or upgrades to your Member Status, simply select it as the payment method on the payment selection page.

The Advertising Platform and Network is almost complete. Had it not been for the disruptions, this would have been completed some weeks ago. You will very shortly be able to use all those ad credits you've been stocking up on for Amazon Ads, Clickbank, Google Adsense, Text Ads, and Banner Ads across the UltraXProject site and more.

The public site pages need an update and this will take place over the next few days to reflect the changes.

The support server is overrun and needs reconfiguring to streamline the process of dealing with support tickets. Unfortunately the number of otstanding tickets is more than we can reasonably deal with at present, so really we need to start afresh. We will be rebuilding the server tomorrow and this will wipe any outstanding tickets. If you have not had a reply as yet, or have not had your questions answered then please resubmit your ticket again on WEDNESDAY 21st March.

Thats about the most important information for now, but there is much more to come. Sorry folks, but I'm absolutley exhausted and need to get some rest. I will endeavour to have another update for you tomorrow.

At least he's apologized n going to work on uxp for the long term.

But i hope that next time there shouldn't be a long delay in giving update as its not healthy for uxp at all.

Why should we stay in this program,what's the different beetween this and the others?
60/40 split that's means, 60 we can earn with the other 40% they will pay other people, with your money? these is just an other PONZI scheme.
We already have other programs with matricies cycle ecc.
No daily earning in this,worse than an HYIP.

How Long take a cycler to cycle? must be an exatly time because if it's not that's mean that they are waiting other people money to make you cycler cycle.

I probably won't put any more cash in externally, but my upline's upline told me he's made a lot of money from cycler's already. he's been in the game a long time and told me to watch and wait...

We can't be certain what will happen, but until we're presented with some facts it's not accurate to say it's collapsing.

The admin has given some useful updates and I've no reason to believe he's making them up, although I reccomend people wait and see how it emerges before putting in more money...

Most "simple" programs are in the closed section now...... maybe "mumbo jambo" is what needed here?

What we need is something to regain the confidences of the members. What is the outside income source? How much is it paying per month?

Are we suppose to be earning daily now with the cyclers we have? If that is the case, I have not received any new money at all. Or do we only earn once the cycler is filled with names? I haven't got a clue how to work this program any more. I don't dare advertise this program because I don't know how it works any more. If someone could please explain to me how we make money with this program I would be very grateful. Thank you.

1. Daily Profit Shares

Please note this section is being updated and will be relaunching very soon.

For every purchase you make which activates a cycler position, for every person you refer who upgrades their member status to Active or higher, and for every active or higher person in your downline, you receive a point.

Every point you have entitles you to a split of the daily profit share pool.

So, the more points you have, the bigger your daily profit share split will be. Even if you have not referred a single person.

That should help you understand a little better.
We no longer have daily shares. Simple.
We now only have the cyclers......Gradually all matrices will get filled and we cycle....
I have cycled twice since this new concept has come in. and now have three matrices in stage 2.
All our shares were converted to cyclers, depending on their cash value less what we had earn't on them.
I think this will be better for all of us in the long run as we should all cycle a little quicker.
Also the 60/40 payout plan makes all of us buy more cyclers instead of withdrawing it all. It helps to keep things moving.
There will always be someone buying cyclers everyday now.

Don't worry It'is the same group of fraudster,real people have problem with this program, just withdraw when you have the possibility if you will have one even if they invented a new SCAM idea the 60/40 of the money the you withdraw.

The Admin just wants that people add new funds in the account, he should convert our cycler in shares, what's the different if the add again daily shares?

They will convert again shares in cycler and freeze our money, when will he stop to fool people? he should give back our previus shares that he converted without any advise.

Are you sure the daily profit share is on? This program has totally confused me. So we are now able to buy shares again and from those shares we will get a % of the daily profits?
Is that how we are earning again? How long does a share need to earn to then be converted over to a cycler position? Is is still 10 bucks that a share needs to earn? And since we get a % of daily profits there would not be any set amount per day, right? Thanks for any help you can give me.

The test shares I purchased yesterday have earned 2%.

I'm not sure how the system works at this point...... Can only say I purchased shares & got paid the daily %.

As far as the conversion to cyclers, I believe it did not change.... Every 2 that earn $10 in rebate converts to a cycler position.

Again, only sharing my most current experience & waiting for the official word

This program is a SCAM,, they don't have any plane, they just want that members add money, they are waiting for that.

It's not possible to buy shares there is not any place to click to buy shares, and firt they must give us back the shares that they convert into cycler without tell us .

Only the shares purchased after the restart will pay daily dividends.
The only way to get daily dividends is to put new money in again...
Your cycler positions that were converted from the old shares during the restart will eventually cycle and earn you money, but it takes a loooong time if you don't have any referrals.
