Overall I would just rather the admin take the time and get it looking and working great than rush ahead because everyone is rushing to get referrals etc. The member count obviously is going to be inflated with free members so Id be more concerned with the font on the front page and changing the look of the backoffice and getting buttons connected to something.

The backoffice is amazing, the way it works, the programming of it and look specially.

If I had a dynamic letterbox in the member area where you can put your hand in and pull the dollars out, it wouldn't be good enough for some people.....lol

By the way... I am my own biggest critic when it comes to putting sites like this together, and if I was a joining member, I probably won't attempt to put cash through with the member area having signs of incompleteness. I suppose some people are just itching to get started.

Normally a site like this would be a 6 month project minimum. But we started this 2 months ago, and it is almost all done. That on top of organizing the full business infrastructure around the concept and the marketing drive. So all in all, not too shabby

Thank you for being considerate about members privacy and asking. That shows so much integrity from an admin. You are taken the best parts of the leaderboard aspects and using it to better the program while respecting the members.

I think the back office is quite functional.. The financial tracking tools, Charts -This is where you can see your financial performance at a glance. The internal messaging system, referrals, family of websites. Not sure if it can be any more convenient. I am pretty happy with it myself.

What if all of the referral money being paid, instead was just put back in to the program, which would ensure the programs long term strength, and health and benefit ALL of the members?

No referral fee's, everyone benefits!

There are some great sponsors that take care and advise the people they sponsor, but I would say a VERY high amount of people that sponsor others in to programs, not only provide NO support for the members they also suck the program dry from their referral fee's.

Jsstripler2.com has in place at intervals in the program, such mechanisms that are to be used solely for recovery purposes only. You understand that these measures are intended for the stability of the program as a whole. Jsstripler2.com promises to do everything in their power to limit any impact to a minimum on any member. In the unlikely event of a full restart, jsstripler2.com promises that no member will lose any of their initial investment capital, and all member balances where the withdrawal amount is lesser than the investment amount (not including upgrade fees) will be given a full refund. Said refunds will be paid from asset and investment income, on an 'as available' basis.

I believe Dave said he would give 24 hours notice, and restarts shouldn't take more than a day or less, if not minutes... I will have to find his quote around the thread somewhere.

@jefbru, no referral fees and the program wouldn't be as big as it is so far. We all know this from experience.
15% is the price you pay to get a program this big, just like JSS itself.

I understand what you're saying. But if there were no referral commissions, many of the top sponsors wouldn't get involved with this one. The perfect example is CAP, where there are no referral commissions and where many of the top sponsors in other programs are absent.

I think that if we decreased the referral commissions to 7% for direct referrals and 3% for second level referrals, this would help put a lot more money back into the program as well.

So you aren't willing to send an opportunity to your list, that would benefit everyone, unless you benefit more?
