Regarding any incidence of upgrade fees that did not getting taken from main account at time of expiration.

We know about this. It is to do with the AP glitch that sent a signal to our db saying that a new subscription was added, when it was meant to be a cancellation notice. This then told our DB not to scan the account for 27 more days then send out the first 3 day reminder email... But unfortunately, we are developing a script that will take all those accounts affected and will reset back, and give 3 days funding reminder, then it will take it..

So to recap, once we run the new script in the next 2 days, all those accounts will go back to normal subs date

sorry folks, you almost got a free month, but we were watching it anyway... Thanks AP for yet another load of problems.

AP is really bad coding... I mean... how long they been having credit card problems? They are a huge company, surely they have the best coders in the country.

Most of them are not directed at you, they are just normally posting, you can also choose to ignore them or if you want as a suggestion just post something like this.

You have to take it easy and not see everything and everyone as targeting you, because they are not, I am not and those are facts.

Once again this is just a suggestions from Me to You, so you can cool off a bit.

Stros, this has nothing to do with you personally. So, relax

It is that often times when a support question is posted, people don't even wait to get a response from support, or even send in a ticket. And yes, there are many incidence when people want to expect me to jump the support ticket queue by posting for me to ask Dave, or sending a PM.

So please, don't direct my intentions at attempting to say that I am being attacked or stalked. That is completely unnecessary, and unfair.

I am only asking that people wait the 72 hour period to allow for support to handle their issues. If it is bug it will also need to be directly addressed through support so it can be fixed as soon as possible and not get missed on a forum thread... That is why they are there.

I was actually about to send a support ticket, because when I checked today, My subscription fee was not taken.
Dave told it would be taken the next day when your sub expires.
Mine expires on 13th, and it should have been taken today.

Thank God, I read it here that Dave is already taking care of it.
Saved myself some time and saved a ticket for someone else who requires help.

My 2% was credited too.

Absolutely, and when we can let each other know these updates or how to resolve issues it helps a lot. I agree. If I have updates, I will let you know.. But you would of gotten the same response from support anyway. I just don't want people to depend on the forum for support answers cause sometimes you may even be misinformed, or, these will get handled faster through support itself.

But, in most cases it is not necessary to post every single support issue, as MMG does not like us to use the thread as a support system for the program itself, and also for the reasons I have already explained.

Is the $10 monthly subscription here optional or not? In other words, can we just buy DP's, earning 2% on them, and not participate in the subscription and matrix?

It's optional.
You pay it only if you want to and you still earn 2% daily on your Dream Positions.

Dave said there were actually 35 to 40% of members 'upgraded'. There are plenty active and not upgraded.

Fedzy... There is nothing to fix, we checked that, and we have had not one other instance of that error. It is impossible for a script to pick on a single member, are you sure you didn't accidentally edit your profile?

I can assure people that 50% of support requests are people who have done something wrong and messed up their account.

You would not believe the amount of tickets we get from people who have not been able to login because they change their details and then forget it, or they change their email to one that does not accept the new activation email and end up in a mess.

We spend a lot of time trying to source problems and bugs that are non-existent before we realise it is member error, but it is to be expected with a high volume of members and a new script. We could have used a * script with a matrix script tacked onto it, but then it would be no good for our purposes further down the road.

Believe me, nobody is suffering more than I am with these bugs. Oh and one more thing, we also get our fair share of scammers who try to take advantage of the bugs to lie and cheat free Dps, or free cash for their account, but we catch them all, and I have had to delete accounts and forfiet their funds. Call it rough, but if people wish to try to steal then they will pay the consequences when it all goes pear shaped on them. But that does not compensate for the fact that we spend hours trying to fix things that are non-existent.

But anyway, there are always going to be bugs in a new hand coded script. There is not a website that has been written that has been launched bug-free. That's why trhere are multiple versions of scripts.

Still when i opened the support ticket the script/system picked my AP email!

The support system is a completely separate system with a separate script and a separate database. It is not even connected to the same database as the main program. So none of the input fields can be populated by data from your main account. It needs to be physically populated by the user per support query.

I rest my case.

There is no upgrading past level 1 yet. That will begin when further added features are implemented in the program that is specifically for Level 2 upgrade. So, just purchase Level 1 is all that is available at the moment. Dave will instruct when Level 2 upgrade will be available.

Awesome day yesterday!

Forum redirection problems are sorted it seems, and the Alexa rank jumped straight to just over 1 million in a single day of it being ranked.

Also... Black December? There was a huge amount of money in yesterday and not a single bug from the payment processors. Everything looking better here by the day. We are still getting stronger as every day passes.

As a matter of fact, with the exception of the, 2% daily concept with 4 hyip units expiring to produce a $60 2x2 forced matrix. We could NOT be further from the above set up.

This program will have a membership cap of 10,000 members, and revenue is generated from outside Multiple income streams which allows the program to not depend entirely on members money. You can visit the website for further information on multiple income streams such as webstock(web based income streams) and investment income streams.. Not online hyip programs before you ask, we are talking about bona-fide brokerage companies with great track records within the spot/futures trading business.

Hi T2 Member.

We would like to ask you guys to help us out while we commission in the final stages of the new automatic upgrade system.

For the next day or two, we are removing the ability to pay for DPs using payment processors. You will instead need to fund your main account or DP account directly from the payment processor and then proceed to buy your DPs from the funded account.

This is only temporary.

Also, we will be taking the main website down for 2 hours tomorrow to do some essential testing on referral commission crediting with the new system. This is a final bug clean and the system ought to be solid.

No other functions are affected at this time.

We thank you for your patience and co-operation.
