we know what happened... we are resetting the database back to 10 minutes before midnight and do it again.... the 'earned so far' in positions page is crediting DP accounts.. a schoolyard error by the coder.

Well my downline and I have problems too. We both have sent tickets.
This is what happened:
My downline Mr. Amitav Goswami upgraded to Level 1 today. After that, he purchased 5 DPs with the funds available in his Main Account. He had transferred funds from AP to Main Account yesterday.
Later when I checked my account, I saw referral purchase income of $5 in my Main Account.
That was about 2 hours ago.
I logged in a little while and found that $5 from Main Account vanished. I then called Amitav and asked him to check his account. He told me that he saw this message in his dashboard: You are not yet upgraded. He then came over to my place and showed me his account. Not only this, his DP purchase has been reversed and we could see money back in his Main Account.
Boy, you should have seen his face! He is new in this field and feels that he has lost his money. I tried to calm him down. We both sent tickets.
Hope these problems are solved as soon as possible.

Just to say... true amounts have now been credited... Mark is now restoring any sales or money transfers that occurred between 23.50 and 00.30... That should bring everything right... So we should able to restore access very soon.

Everything back to normal... correct 2% amounts credited, and also all new purchases restored... For all the positions bought between 00.00 and 00.30 when we went off air.... they will get their first 2% like normal in 20 hours.... PHEW!!!!

myfatcash, I replied to your PM.. Your DP balance is 100% correct, I checked it, you purchased 2 DPs on day one and 2 DPs on day 2, You didn't buy them on the same day, so they don't all have 2 day's 2% credited.
Also, your referral actually upgraded at exactly 00.29, talk about bad timing lol... just after we backed up the DB and shut down, there was only a single 1 minute window for your ref to find, and he found it.....lol
I upgraded him... he is good to go

One of my referral also has this problem. I sent a support ticket already. Guess, its around 08:45 PM in Thailand. Mostly all issues will be solved before the PAY RUN.

People if by any chance you can't log in to the website for a second, don't send a ticket about it remember that they are working on the withdrawal and other features all the time.
There are people that still needs to get their account upgraded since before launch.

We are working on it... this is work on a live site and you will see these things. I think it is better than the site going offline for a month or so, while promoters are paying to send folks to the site. We are just coding in the withdraw functions, and then testing it.. those messages are supoed to be there to tell the coder where to look while he is dialing it in.

ANY issues related to your account funding needs to be addressed through support. Support must be the one's who can verify your transactions. So, send in a support ticket with proof of payment to verify payments.

Admins have asked NOT to use their PM for support related issues.
No point in posting the problem on the threads, cause no one can verify your account for you around here. Or even notice your post, delaying the wait further. So just to make sure you get your place in the queue, you need to go straight for support ticket.
Usual expected wait time is 24-72 hours...Certain circumstances may delay this, depending on how busy they are.
Please keep in mind this is a large complex custom script. Many times certain bugs will appear that won't show up till the program is in progress. While they are working on parts of the script, sometimes the site may go on and offline, or certain functions are not accessible.
