I would not recommend your services to anyone.

Firstly you move very slow with exchanges and my order its not done yet although more than 12 hours passed.

Secondly you have a Live Chat service that if we could rate it it would be -99(9999). I entered your chat with Julia and ask her a question, she instead of responding to my question she answers with another question HA! What is the point of asking if you don't answer to questions. Then I explain to her again the situation and then she never answered I waited for 30-40 minutes on live chat, and she was practically dead. Now when I go to your main page I see she is posting News in Russian OK! Case solved. So she is a russian with name as Julia, how marvelous is that ? Couldn't she post with her real name.

Then Thirdly Now on your working hours I am trying to reach someone to see what has happened with my order. And guess what, no one answer!!

So your service is either a scam or simply a stay away from us service. So after you complete my order I will stay away from you ! That in case you haven't scammed me!

This exchange service and also ukashx.com (which he is also running) should be completely avoided! it is a clear scam, i exchanged several hundred Euros Paysafecards to LR, after he used those paysafecards at some gambling websites (to cash them out i guess) he sent me an e-mail with some additional special terms (which are NOT mentioned on the website) i refused to accept these and demanded payment in full or new paysafecards in the same value, since then i am waiting for an answer.

So please AVOID TECHNOCASHIER AND UKASHX.COM - THIS IS A SCAM !

I Have exchanged 1000 LR to 950 AlertPay. I'm still Waiting for the exchange to be proceeded. However, I have received a confirmation email in which you say that you have paid me the 950 AlertPay as well as the Order status says Closed and you haven't sent me anything!!!. Here's my details and i want the exchange to be proceed as soon as possible please otherwise cancel it and return my money to LR.

I just saw that Technocashier is on this forum.

My Order # 12489 was paid on January 19th and is still not done. Could you help to check what's going on? I put in a support ticket 5 days ago but nobody answers me.

I have seen there are some complains about technocashier outside of this forum and now complaints are coming on this forum. Why technocashier aren't paying now?

I don't believe that they are intentionally scamming. They simply need to revamp their support department. They seem to have more complaints than every other exchanger combined. LR and STP accounts frozen at different points due to these complaints. Clearly they are receiving more clients than they can handle and aren't making much of an effort to satisfy the complainants within a reasonable period of time. The fact that they are still receiving so many clients despite all of this tells me two things:

1) People tend to send money over the internet without doing any research whatsoever. As such, it's difficult to pity the victims.
2) They must be marketing geniuses to receive so many clients despite all of the negative feedback scattered across the web.
