PANCURATUS is a RPP from Switzerland that has been around for a few months with a German only website. They now have added a translation feature which makes it easier for international members to read its contents.
Unfortunately, citizens of the United States, Andorra, Egypt, Burkina Faso, Jemen, Lesotho, Myanmar and Tunesia are not allowed to participate. There may be other jurisdictions which exclude their citizens to participate by law.
The program is run by a well known Swiss bank and a big European insurance company. This is one of the best RPPs I have seen out there. Their support has always been very responsive and they have held personal meetings with top sponsors in Germany.
PANCURATUS is currently running a 2 for 1 bonus offer until Sep 30 and has announced to close the program around that date.
The age limit for this program is 89 years (referring to the date when you send in your photo ID).
Each policy will cost $35 payable by Liberty Reserve and will payout 87500 Euros. 40% of the payout will be done in gold coins due to the unstable financial world and 60% may be requested in Euros, USD or Swiss Francs. You will receive a free Swiss bank account or a Belize offshore account on request for payout. The offshore account won't be free but the latest conditions for it have not been published yet.
The program will end no later than Dec 31, 2011 and the payout will be no later than Jan 31, 2012. However, as soon as all 100,000 policies have been sold, the program will payout 4 weeks later (see anticipated closure on Sep 30 above).
If you want to participate and are not a resident of the excluded jurisdictions mentioned above you may signup here:

Please use WKilian as your sponsor.
Should the translate button not show up at the left above the navigation menu, you can use google translator instead:

Don't hesitate as PANCURATUS may decide to close the program prior to Sep 30 if 100,000 contracts have been achieved sooner.
