My friend forgot password on administrator PC
Tell me how to reset administrator password of the PC? Maybe there is some sort of program for this purpose ...

No it is not appropriate. Need is a program that can communicate with a bootable CD or flash, reset password.

Try to boot LiveCD and run from the flash drive "Password Renew"
