When you work for A & L, but contracted by Arise you’re considered an Independent Contractor. An Independent Contractor is when you carry on a trade as a sole proprietor. Also means you get to choose your own works hours and make your own work schedule. Other option is where you could come under A & L as a direct employee if you don’t want the hassle of scheduling your own hours to file your annually return.

INCENTIVES
• With coming aboard our team you will receive a $50.00 sign on bonus after you complete your first 90 days of certifying your Client of choice.
• Will obtain your own business email through our email database to keep you work separate from your personal work, free of charge to you!
• You have the option to have direct deposit. I have joined forces with ADP also to ensure the security of your funds or you may have a direct check mailed to you.
• A & L CRC does incentives example, gift cards (Visa) contingent if you meet your metrics with your Client.
• A & L CRC offers a tuition reimbursement you up to $130.00 for your Client Certification Class, contingent to your metrics being met after your 90 days
