As for login passwords: They send an email with an assigned password.
So far, it will not let me reset or change this in my back office.
Make sure you save that email they send until this feature is ready.

How long does it usually take to get the email?
I'm sure he's being bombarded already and don't want to waste his time.

I got another account and used a different email address, got the password right away.
It went to the spam folder but I white-listed it.
