Lets see how it goes on 16/4/12 otherwise I don't like PTC's concept of rented referrals.
I think the referral share concept still no change only the name different. It does not depend on which rented referrals active or not like the ordinary ptc. You still being paid daily based on the yesterday's block earning up to 75x .. just my thought

Message:
As a free member you can EARN from 20 shares at one time at the most.
So, you will retain all of your shares, but will be paid only for 20 at a time. When 5 old ones expire, you'll continue to receive payments from those that are paused now.

if they reduced the referral : Commissions received from Rented Referral Purchases have been reduced by .15 per level (.35/.10 direct and sub referral), this will allow us to pay out more per block of rented referrals
it sure aint making any difference in the share right ??

2012-04-14: We are still working on getting the Paypal issue resolved. It is taking longer than expected but we hope to have it back sometime later this week.
I guess you have to be patient. If it makes you feel more comfortable, I have cashed out several times for anywhere from $20 to $200 and always received it in around 4 business days, which just indicates to me it is a payment processor problem rather than an issue with the site itself. I'm sure you'll get paid as soon as they have sorted out their Paypal issues

I know they were having Alertpay issues but I was under the impression they were resolved.
You could send them a ticket and see what they say.
Does the payment show as pending in your back office? It may have somehow been cancelled when they had Alertpay issues and I'm wondering if the money is still in your account then perhaps you could request the payment again?
Honestly I'm just guessing here, but hopefully you find something that helps

As of now I am in cashout mode. This has absolutely nothing to do with the recent changes, it's just the timing of my strategy. I will usually compound for a week or two, and then let the funds build up for a week and cash them out. In the last 10 or so days I've bought 2 lots of 50 referral blocks (or whatever you want to call them!) so now I will cashout $300 or so and start compounding again.
The only change I've made to my strategy is to try to buy 50 shares at once rather than 20 or 30 every two days. This is purely because of the recent availability problems.
Personally I prefer a strategy of cashing out and compounding so at least I will always have something to show for it. It's up to you to choose what is best for you though, if you are happy to put money in and don't care too much if you lose it and just want to get to the promised land (800 referral blocks) then compound constantly. I probably would have been there by now if that was my strategy.
Just remember, there is no right way or wrong way as far as compounding/cashing out. It simply comes down to what you want to get out of the program and tailoring your strategy to that.
Good luck!

Hopefully they show the details of what each block paid. If it does I think it would be great if we could all share our results because that way we can all get a better idea of what sort of average to expect. The bigger the sample size, the more accurate the average.
I do worry a bit for those with only a few referral blocks. Too much luck involved now and it makes it hard for someone who has just started purchasing referrals to really grow their earnings if they get a couple of bad referral blocks.
Only time will tell and if we don't like it we can always tell them. They seem to like changing things so a bit of member discontent may encourage them to switch it back to a more evenly spread earnings scenario.
Good luck, hope you get some eager clickers in your referral blocks!

W-8 form are only for US resident...I don't see about it in my MBC control panel.
Free member can maximum earn from 20 share...You have to upgrade your account to silver or Gold to earn from 20+ shares
Right now I am only afraid of daily earning from shares...today I didn't got good numbers of ads and earned just 0.07 frm my own click....I just hope that I don't get inactive people in my block or my earning really gonna suck.

i see the update not feel that comfortable with they say : so it could be we wont get paid on a block if the block pay is not least .07 it could be next day or more . dont me make feel excited could hurt earning alot
Please note: Not all Blocks Will Pay the same. The Block Payout Per Day Depends on that blocks earnings from yesterday. Also, if a block payout would be less than .07 that block will NOT payout that day, however you don't lose that payout, it will just be paid when the block earns enough to payout at least .07 (generally the next day but not in all cases) this ensures maximum profit from your blocks!

Keep in mind they pay 75 times (not 75 days) so all this tells me is that the minimum return we will get is 7 cents x 75.
This could be painful for free members because of the 20 block restriction. If you get a few that aren't active clickers it may take 150 days or more for the block to reach expiration, so if you are at your limit of 20 then you'll either have to wait it out or upgrade.

I can't really tell what mine earnt. Because all of my referral blocks have already paid some money and it ranged from 9 - 15 cents, I can't tell exactly what they had already made in order to work out how much they made today. I think I'll have to take daily screenshots to work it out in future.
My total days earnings are down $8 from yesterday, but that could happen if my direct referrals bought referrals or paid their upgrades yesterday. Judging by what I usually make and from how many referral blocks I have, an educated guess would put me at around 9 cents on average per referral block.
I'll be able to post more accurate information tomorrow.
